Good choice, I have to agree with you that the X-H2(s) somehow feels like work, even though I've only had it for a short while. I also recently bought the 33mm 1.4, truly one of the best lenses I've ever used. Next year, I'll definitely be getting the Nikon Zf. I really want to know if Nikon can compete with Fuji in their own game.

Same on the x100v, sold it and happier with my xt3 and my 23mm 1.4 wr and 27mm 2.8 (and other lenses!). Don't miss it at all, other then it looked pretty.

We host workshops in our studio and it continuously amazes me how much (and how big) gear people think they need. Ridiculous f1 or f1.2 lenses in all focal lenghts, large cameras with full grips. You name it. The best advise that I’ve ever heard (from Daniel Milnor) and I pass around is: buy whatever you’re willing to carry around for a full day. No more. That’s often less than what you have.

Timely reminder for me to sell lenses I rarely use. Just need to convince myself I am not selling my kids. I normally take two cameras on a trip with me, XT5 with the 16-80 and 70-300 and 100v. However in places like Venice I almost solely use the 100v. I have owned a Billingham bag for about 6 years. Love it, looks better every time I use it. Enjoy your videos.😊

Thanks Goughie. I have been looking for a video exactly like this as I am thinking of a gear change. Currently have the X110V, which I love, but like you, the current price I could get for it is a bit crazy. I'm just afraid that I will really miss it. In the past I have sold stuff (cameras,, keyboards, guitars etc) that I now miss and realize that I didn't really need the cash to be able to get the next thing. As an alternative I have also been looking at the X-Pro 2 rather than the 3. I dont like that screen on the 3 and hope the 4 will revert to type 2 or the X110 V type which has enough freedom of movement for me. I have been unsure about the lenses to get, so your video is very timely. Ha ha, your idea to use your backpack to store and transport your gear is great. On a whim, last year I bought a Wandrd backpack, which is beautiful, but I dont use it. My day bag is a Wotencraft Pilot 7L, which is great for smallish cameras and is my favourite all time bag.

It's because of RUclipsrs that say things like "Fujifilm is a generation behing in terms of camera development" that consumer get the wrong idea and worship brands like Sony, even though their are a lot better options out there, not only from Fuji. But since your're video is about Fujifilm, they're not a generation behind, never were. Been using the xt3 for video when it came out, the autofocus was not perfect but very usable for video. Saying overwise is just plain lie or you don't know what you're talking about. Also, might I remind you that the XT3 boasted 4k 60fps 10bit 4.2.2 at 300mbs, when the Sony a73 could only do 8 bit with cropped 60fps? Today the xh2s can shot 6.2K open gate in ProRes HQ, amazing dynamic range, has little to no rolling shutter, can shot 40fps in photo mode, boast an industry standard cf express type B port, and so on... The XH2 is the first and only apsc camera equipped with a 40mp sensor, and don't get me started with the GFX 100 II : that sensor, that image quality, those megapixels... You get the point.
I dare you to find a better speced or more innovative Sony or Canon camera for the price of either of those three. Where did you get "a generation behind" from all that?
What you're saying basically is that Fuji will always lag behind because Sony has better autofocus? Even though some Fuji (or other manufacturers like Panasonic) cameras have better specs, features, colors, IBIS, tools, menu, ...? The viewers will get the wrong idea. Unsubscribe

I think you are commenting on the wrong video. But I would say that 95% of pictures that are not in focus are going to the bin. So you can have all the bells and whistles you want, if the picture is blurry because the focus is wrong, it is all useless.
