@@BradBrowning actually we don't have mutual friends. I live in Idaho and he lives in Montana and we only get to see each other once a month or so and it's always for a very short period of time so I've never met any of his friends and he's only met a handful of mine but they're not "friends".

I used to go up to women every now and then, but don't anymore usually unless they show initiation first for having interest in me, cuz before 90% of the time it was a waste of time and I got tired of it. I went to my ex girlfriends workplace about 10-11 months after she broke up with me. And I was a dumbass, and asked a worker if ania is there. She asked why who are you? I responded with I'm an old friend. But then realized when I got home "shit was that ania I asked if ania is there.

Nope. Stop trying to get her to change her mind. Instead, do your best to show you're cool with the breakup. I know it's tough but now is a good time to know yourself more and find that inner strength to accept the breakup and be independent of your ex as much as possible. It’s been 12 weeks since he broke up. A few weeks ago he flew over for 3 days, we went out and cuddled together, had romantic moments, we slept together. Yes, but focus on texting and try not to meet up when one of you or both of you aren't ready yet. The phase you're on (assuming you've done the first phase correctly which is the 30-day no contact rule) is the second phase where you're rebuilding attraction. Don't you recognize an opportunity when you see one? :-) Your ex is opening the lines of communication which is a perfect opportunity for you to transition into phase two and there should be a balance. Try to put your focus elsewhere (best to put focus back to yourself) because your ex is likely rebounding and you're only wasting precious minutes of your life worrying about something that's out of your control. If anything, your ex is suffering, too, even though it may not seem like it. Hi Brad, so me and my ex have had a strange year we split up in February. Ended up getting back together in May and been on and off until last week. the other day I found out she was talking to someone else obviously I asked her about it and she denied anything was going on. We have not spoke since then and she has blocked me on everything except Facebook. I really want her back. I say generally it's still fair game unless you see most if not all the signs that your ex is over you. Just wait. I was in that situation, it hurt so bad. I’ve been blocked and unblocked 4 times this year. Each time she unblocked me I’d stay cool for a couple of days, then pour my heart out to her over and over and be back to square 1. After the last time I ended up blocking her to make my self disappear. I stoped starker her fb account. My friend told me she posted something that sounds like it’s about me. I unblocked her and saw she was online status. So she unblocked me again. This time I just said “hello” It’s been 3 weeks now and as each day goes by I feel more powerful that I am not msg her. @@BradBrowning actually we don't have mutual friends. I live in Idaho and he lives in Montana and we only get to see each other once a month or so and it's always for a very short period of time so I've never met any of his friends and he's only met a handful of mine but they're not "friends".

@@BradBrowning Social life is pretty much fine, I usually go out with friends every weekend, but it's toned down a little bit. I used to go up to women every now and then, but don't anymore usually unless they show initiation first for having interest in me, cuz before 90% of the time it was a waste of time and I got tired of it. It gets to you eventually.

Be patient because you're on the right track, assuming you've done the first phase (30-day "no contact" rule) correctly and basically had set the stage for this second part. Getting an ex back is a process. If your ex continues to reach out to you during the no contact stage, however, then this really depends on the frequency and nature of the contact from your ex and whether or not you've reached the phase where you're supposed to be talking again. The only exception is if your ex asks for you back and is sincere about it. If your ex continually messages you, then it’s important to put your ex’s messages into context, more so if this happened during the “no contact” phase. Is your ex trying to contact you about something really important, like an emergency, unpaid bills, or something equally urgent? These are reasons to respond, including messages where they get angry due to your lack of response. Nope. Stop trying to get her to change her mind. Instead, do your best to show you're cool with the breakup. I know it's tough but now is a good time to know yourself more and find that inner strength to accept the breakup and be independent of your ex as much as possible. Do the dynamic "no contact" rule or limited contact instead of the full on "no contact" rule. If your ex continues to reach out to you during the no contact stage, however, then this really depends on the frequency and nature of the contact from your ex and whether or not you've reached the phase where you're supposed to be talking again. The only exception is if your ex asks for you back and is sincere about it. If your ex continually messages you, then it’s important to put your ex’s messages into context, more so if this happened during the “no contact” phase. Is your ex trying to contact you about something really important, like an emergency, unpaid bills, or something equally urgent? These are reasons to respond, including messages where they get angry due to your lack of response. It’s been 12 weeks since he broke up. A few weeks ago he flew over for 3 days, we went out and cuddled together, had romantic moments, we slept together. Yes, but focus on texting and try not to meet up when one of you or both of you aren't ready yet. The phase you're on (assuming you've done the first phase correctly which is the 30-day no contact rule) is the second phase where you're rebuilding attraction. Don't you recognize an opportunity when you see one? :-) Your ex is opening the lines of communication which is a perfect opportunity for you to transition into phase two and there should be a balance. Hi Brad, so me and my ex have had a strange year we split up in February. Ended up getting back together in May and been on and off until last week. the other day I found out she was talking to someone else obviously I asked her about it and she denied anything was going on. Just wait. I was in that situation, it hurt so bad. I’ve been blocked and unblocked 4 times this year. Each time she unblocked me I’d stay cool for a couple of days, then pour my heart out to her over and over and be back to square 1. After the last time I ended up blocking her to make my self disappear. I stoped starker her fb account. My friend told me she posted something that sounds like it’s about me. I unblocked her and saw she was online status. So she unblocked me again. This time I just said “hello”
It’s been 3 weeks now and as each day goes by I feel more powerful that I am not msg her.
It really works mate. So when they do unblock you , stay cool and they will eventually be so confused, hahahaha

So give it time. If you stay blocked after months though, then that’s another story, especially if you have no other means of communication or have no mutual friends.
