I really like the layered effect at the bust line. It goes so well it doesn't really look like 2 separate pieces.

I have never appreciated so many of the elements of this ensemble before, like the color, the layering, the tutu's peplum effect, the tulle at the bottom -- but oh my GOODNESS am I in love with everything about this. I'm also very impressed by the oh-so-glidy zipper. Everything looks incredibly well done 🥰

This dress and corset look so wonderful on you.. the colour is also very nice and YOU look radiant.. This shade of purple looks very good on you as well.
If you wanted, this could be your second wedding gown or even the primary one if you were not going with white! You could even change into it after the ceremonies or later in the evening for dancing!

Hi Lucy , thanks for the un-boxing`s !! , It is always fun when you get a surprise package , the end result is amazing . The gown and corset ensemble go together so perfect . Glad it all worked out :) . Shifting gears -- a while back you made a video about the benefits of compressing hosiery and I remember it was a 6 pack of 'tan' calf hight socks on Amazon , I tried doing a search there and also here for the video , but I am having a problem finding it. I wanted to buy some and if using your link would help you a little that would be all the better. Thanks , and thanks again for the unboxing . Phew! So relieved, because for minutes and minutes and minutes and FOREVER you were going on how nice the dress was and I was BUT THE FIT OH NO and then.... it all ended well because you're on a diet :D I LOVE how the dress and the corset work together in making the top bit smooth, classy and un-rolley. Do you (normally, non-coviddy) have events where you can wear this too? Since my 20s ended I have none such events, and it makes me sad. ....I still buy dresses though. I'll just wear them while eating pizza in my own home. Because I am an adult and I can dress up whenever I want too.

.....not sure why you added "in my 4X size." because you can get this ensemble in any size, because it didn't come in sizes, it was a custom, made to her exact measurements size. so, any one can get whatever they want from this designer in any size so long as the designer is comfortable making it. which i am about 98% sure she would not turn down the money
@@bethanyday3471 you obviously do not understand the struggle of somebody who is plus-sized it's not that they would want to turn down my money but they would turn down making it in my size as they always do
I have many years of experience working with plus sizes, it's not about the money...It's about creating something beautiful for a client.
@@greatlakesnarwhalmichellee4507 well i can clearly tell you have never ordered a custom item from an individual person. perhaps large businesses that do custom orders may turn down the business because they dont need the money and dont care about bad PR, but generally speaking you are the ONLY over weight person i have EVER met that insists that someone would not make custom clothing for them. you have fun telling yourself that and stopping yourself from trying because "they just wont."

Hi Lucy! Awhile ago, maybe a year or two ago I watched a video of you talking about corset dresses, and you linked some instagram stores. I remember a black lacey one. Do you remember any videos you made on corset dresses? I tried to find them but couldn't unfortunately. I'd really appreciate it.
Very very feminine and beautiful on you. Seems slightly big due to your wedding weight loss. I wish we got to see the tight pencil skirt in such smooth fabric.
