Perhaps the previous owner has sound corset knowledge? Broke it in properly and cared for it properly. It does look lovely. Sounds like it's going to be a new favourite. Edited to add. More than one owner! I am now even more impressed by the condition of the corset.
I have a TO.mTO corset that I scrimped all my internship pennies for when I had my internship in Berlin. It was an amazing experience to have a fully bespoke garment like that with an in person fitting. I treasure it to this day and even though its not the most dramatic reduction, the shaping and the way it sculpts my body is absolutely impeccable and makes it look more dramatic than it really is! It was so great to see this review and really took me back to when I was an intern!
I bought 10 bespoke corsets from TO.mTO (7 for myself and 3 for my wife). Each is a work of art and not one of them failed me. Four of them I wore for 24/7 tightlacing for several years...
