    my new polar watch just turned off and is not turning on again atleast it worked perfectly for 2 days 👍

    The optical HR on the watch works when in continuous mode but gives ultra high readings switching to any activity. Have tried all suggestions without a solution. Only had it 3 months

    I got my polar unit more one year, at the beginning, the watch is fine. but now, it often hard-reset itself and jump to back configuration. What can I do for it ????

    My Vantage M won't start any of my selected workout options. I can choose an option, but when I press the right hand button to start the workout, it won't start. It just stays frozen there. I have done a hard re-set MULTIPLE (and I mean at least a dozen) times and the problem persists. The "lock" icon on the upper left corner won't release either. The watch is only 7 weeks old.

    Update, it is solved, was able to do reset and touch screen functioning again. However, I hope this doesn't occur often, is it normal ? But may I ask, where can I find firmware update for watch, can't find it ?

    My Ignite1 is just over 2 yrs old. Using latest Flow app and firmware. Past 3 weeks, having lots of problems. Can't charge without restarting! Watch self reboots when doing things like saving training session (info all lost!), doing "Serene" session, and even scrolling the screen! Tried restarting, factory reset and still problems persist. It's awful as it means the watch is basically useless to me!

      My old Polar M430 didn't have such problems at all.

    My polaroid P80 smartwatch says when I want to see my heartbeat please wristband correctly, but if I wear it correctly it won't read my heartbeat. What can I do

    I own a Polar Vantage v2 since March and it broke down today. I updated it 2 days ago and yesterday i went out for a swim with it and everything was fine. Today when i put it on my wrist, it was not working anymore...Somehow i managed to start it by using the Usb cable, but now the touch screen is dead. I deleted everything and restarted it to factory settings and still nothing. Is it because of the update ? Did someone experience something like this ? I barely used the watch...can i get some help to fix it ?

    What about V650 syncing with mobile? Always tooks long time and ended up failed

      It started to bee quite good after I did factory reset of my mobile phone. Now it works quite good after years.

    I cannot reset my Polar a370 watch. I need to do this step to try and resolve the issue of the device syncing fail im experiencing. I had the watch second hand and perhaps why it wont sync as it has pairings with previous users device. Any ideas? I have spent a couple days messing with it trying the recommended fixes online and its about to go in the bin. help!

    I have trouble with cadence on the Grit x. It displays cadence of 80 on average when it should be around 180. Also optical HR does not work at all when running, it mistakes my actual cadence for my heart rate. So according to Grit x my HR is around 180 during easy Runs, according to h9 Chest strap and counting by hand it is muuuuch lower. I tested this wrong behaviour over weeks. Same Problem with verity sense

      hi there, just so you know, Polar calculates cadence by counting the number steps you take per minute, and dividing it by two. I had the same question and this is what they responded. Cheers.

    My polar M400 won't connect to my computer, i've tried multiple charging cables but it still doesn't work

    The v650 is useless now in 2022..have a new Mac and Polar don't support it anymore! Thanks for this five years(FIVE YEARS!!!)and now I'm going with Garmin instead!!

    Muy polar V800 doesnt charge. I dont know why It happened without doing anything

      Hi Jon and thanks for reaching out! Firstly, I would recommend you to check that you have the latest firmware installed. Then you can try to restart your device by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds.     u should make the smart watch version... if u did i would of bought it, but because u didn't I've bought FitBit Sense...
    an upgraded of a new version of the M600 would be good, the smart watch / fitness watch version.
    Y'all need to update your game or else it's RIP for Polar.
