Hi there and cheers for reaching out. You can perform the program with all FLOW compatible Polar devices. As heart rate measurement is required for the program, you’ll need a compatible heart rate sensor. In the meanwhile, please uninstall the Flow app on your phone, restart your phone and re-install the Flow app from Google Play. you all probably dont give a damn but does someone know of a trick to log back into an instagram account..? I stupidly forgot the login password. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me.

after trying to connect my watch to my phone I ended up just setting the watch up by itself. Now I cannot connect the data from the watch to my phone.
