I was never a fan of the folding bars, my original 70cc Honda Dax had a habit of loosening the knurled handlebar mounts on longer journeys, I replaced the bars with standard units on a standard top yoke which really helped the bikes handling a lot
Keep looking at these want something smallish cheap and fun doesn't need to be super practical but would be decent if it was able to replace a car for a bit when needed but dont know if these are the thing to get
Triton bikes do a dax copy too, they sell a derestriction kit which you get a new efi box with a higher rpm limit and filter and f.i intake is opened up as has a narrow restrictor in the original.
@@Ridingreviews my carbed skyteam skymax was faster than my new grom at the time so sold the grom, look through my channel i built it up from a brand new bike completely stripped and rebuilt but engine was not touched only a nice over racing pipe fitted.
Hi Nice bike Shame you never asked my permission to review My bike seeing its a Silver 125 by special order by myself and the registration. Hopefully il get no speeding points lol as me the registered owner is lives 100 miles south from where the video was shot. Still great bike and I love it.
Lol i dont need your permission every bike that leaves CBRS gets a testride regardless i just recorded it not only have i never had a speeding ticket on a test ride i have never had any speeding tickets ever im glad you like it and i have sold more than one of these bikes not just yours
These bikes are from Belgium and in my opinion you dont want a semi auto they are a bit dangerous if you ask me least with a clutch you have more control
@@Ridingreviews The Belgian importer, Garden Queen, has ceased to import Skyteam/Bullit.. You can get the new Euro 5 spec model in Germany for 1850€. The E5 model has the fuell pump located inside the frame.
Hi Chris, remember the Honda Dax lol.... just a question, not a criticism but what’s happened to the riding commentary? It was good to here spec, cost of riding and what your opinion was.. m
people told me they didn't like it I think I am trying to please too many people I was planning to reimplement it due to lack of retention on the test ride bits
I have the Skyteam version, which is almost identical. I never use 1st gear as it's far too ega to pull a wheelie on the throttle let alone with the clutch, and it pulls away in 2nd with no problem, so thinking of changing the chain sprockets for higher gearing. At first, I found it uncomfortable to ride the rear suspension preload was on second notch so put it on first notch this made it worse so put it on max, and it was like riding a different bike so may change them for gas shocks. Changes I've already made are changed to mirrors in the end of handle bars, so I can see behind me instead of my elbows. Replaced the indicators with flow type which I think are more visible and an indicator beeper as I can't see the warning light without looking down, and the switch hasn't got a very defined click to it. The funny thing is out of all the bikes I've had this is the one I get asked about the most, I thought people would take the mick but in fact it's the opposite, people really like it. It handles pretty good for it's size, but its size does make it twitchy, so if you sneeze it will sneeze with you. Brakes are very good, it stops much quicker than I expected. It's a good little bike for the money and with fuel prices these days worth having.
when i ride a bike and put it into first i lean forward a little that usually sorts the need to wheelie but you the do want to wheelie thanks for adding
Would love one of these, OO racing offer a carb conversion kit for around £100 - comes pre jetted and apparently frees up a couple of hp and wakens the throttle response right up. Must be so much fun on this, tiny wheelbase, tiny weight and a torquey little engine. I want one!!!! Some sticky rubber and a longer swing arm will be my first mods 👍
There is all ways a need for more hp the oo racing stuff os ushally spot on for the 50cc vertion of the upgrade makes a massive difference it is aloy of fun anyway i just took another one just now
HI, I bought a heritage 125. I can see the speed 30km by 1st gear in your RUclips, but my bike is only 20km by 1st gear. Because engine rpm become very high. Any custom ?
I had a Chinese monkey bike. It looked great when I first got it. It fell apart. Poorest quality components I’ve ever seen. I’m back on a Honda now and would rather walk than own another Chinese bike.
people usually buy this sort of bike to go on a camper van to use for 1 time a year so it isn't cost affective to pay Honda money this one isn't that bad sold a lot not had any warranty claims yet
Love the "Fairly easily" ;) Excellent video thanks.
