- Yamasaki YM50 RE Ride and review
this bike was brought into the UK in early 2016 this was to replace the Yamasaki ym50-3d because the Yamasaki Ym50-3d wasn't going to be made euro 4 compliant so if we ordered any more in the UK they wouldn't pass the COC certification you need to get a bike =registered in the UK this is where the Yamasaki YM50 RE came in it came with some new features they were led front lights that can't be turned of an electronic carburation witch is the dell auto e carb system there was a couple of teething problems when they first came in but they have been getting steadily better with each order the main lights were failing on the first batch we had that sorted and there was a problem with the choke not engaging fully but this has also been remedied this is a £1699 and to some extent you get what you pay for they are not a £4300 Aprilia rs 50 but they cost half the price do you want to pay that much for a bike you are only going to be riding fro a year
Hi I'm Chris I am a mechanic for cheap bikes r us and have been working for them for 6 years I have created this channel to help people with there biking commuting and anything motorcycle at a budget you could go and pay £4000 for a lovely Japanese bike or you could pay £2000 for something of similar quality what people don't know that most small-capacity Japanese bike is made in china if you don't believe me look it up so for all your biking needs you are at the right place

It looks nice. I think a bigger engine would be better but everybody has to start somewhere so it's ideal for youngsters.
I agree bigger is better but needs must
Perhaps ideal for old men like me who have never driven a motorcycle but want to learn without going through the hoops of getting a full bike licence initially. (Since you can drive a restricted 50cc on a car licence). The other alternative is an automatic scooter.
In many countries there are different kinds of drivers licenses for different kinds of Motors. Kn Germany and Austria there is a license for 1-50ccm which you can get when you turn 15 and another one got 1-125ccm for 16yo and then there is one for everything above which is 18.
For kids under the age of 18, those small licenses are the only way to be mobile and independent.
Nice to see the new kit being used to it's full potential especialy the big speedo display.
What a great looking bike and the sound is amazing for such a small engine.
If i got that bike when i was sixteen i would have been smiling for a month : )
as you know i am always trying to make my videos better this month i am going to try and learn how to work my bloody dslr camera properly next month learn my editor at some point i may have to reduce my videos to 1 a week due to the amount of time im spending on doing my videos at the min it is about 3 to 4 hours per video and i have 175 of them

i will be doing my cbt soon i’m a little nervous but hopefully after i will be getting this bike
i wouldn't worry to much the failure rate on a cbt is really low as long as you don't crash you will be fine

I have had a go on one of these bikes and the only thing I could say about it is the lights are great and if you are going to be riding in a 30 mph one all the time u will be fine but I tried to take it up the hill and it would only do 9 mph and if you as me that is very dangerous and my friend has had nothing but problems with his
I agree with the speed thing but we dont make the rules if this bike is derestricted it had more talque and speed the next lot are fuel injected and the ushall issues with this bike is fuelling
@@Ridingreviews yes 100% the rules with the bikes only going 30 is fine with me but I do think they need to start making the bikes with more torq to get up hill early I derestricted my mates and it was a lot faster but still slow up hills but then never started on the starter motor he would have to bump start it
@@kia_yamaha5051 this is the essence of a 50cc 4 stroke not a lot of power the not starting on the button isn't right does it idle when running

Does you bike starts when cold without choke on?
Mine start just easy with no choke or you have to
pull choke to start easy when you start and pull

give it a little bit gas it wants to go of you have to
give gas easy that its dont go off.
