I just have an update for you:- Mash, the French motorcycle company, was without a distributor earlier this year. Now the company has decided to work with Motomondo UK. This should allow Mash to continue to do its thing in the UK. The above is from a Biker shootout article dated 11th September
It would be nice, if possible, to see some form of head to head, particularly with the 50cc category. Tests for 0-30/40, uphill times and top speed would be useful. in other words, a race of sorts. Benchmarking each bike against the an Aprilia RS50 (for example) would be useful for those that can't test drive first.

Hi thx for the feedback. This moto almost killed me. Well, this is so sad, I'm in love with her, and spend a lot of time carrying her. She sound good, looks good, lead me to the driver licence... But she is dangerous as hell. 2 story : one night after the 6th guarantee returns, I was riding in the middle of nowhere... The front light died and the battery was empty. Hopefully was saved by a truck who light me the way to town. 2nd story : a crash. In a curve, some pieces letted me down and I went right out of the road. Broken finger, burned skin ( all time all gear hopefully).the tire are also a big issue they are soap. I ve lost a lot of stuff just riding around. Please stop saying this is a French motorcycle I buy the piece in the Chinese factory who produce mash for 90% cheaper. In France we put safety and quality first. But the importator said '' we were young and fool on this models '' f u I almost died lying in the middle of the street in the traffic just taking a curve.... I will not sell this organ giver. But I go on a Honda cb 500 next month
these things are hard to say I couldn't tell you why your lights went off without seeing it I didn't say it is a french motorcycle it is a Chinese motorcycle also I can not comment on the falling off on a corner there are so many variables on why you fell off on a corner road conditions tyre ware pressure weather conditions rider error brake wear doesn't matter what you ride this can happen you can no longer get this bike in the UK as mash has gone bankrupt
Is it possible to take a passenger on the bike and if so does the passenger sit on the bump or right in front of it? Doesn't seem so comfortable with a passenger

@@SimplicityForGood You need to cut the 2-pin green wire in the CDI. This disables the rev limiter and lets the Mash go upwards of 45 mph. Theres videos on YT about how to do that, for easier visual explanation.

it's a bit of a mix it has hero wheels and engine bullit spirit exhaust and suspension with a wk scrabbler frame all these bikes are good the engine is bullit proof as long as you service it if you like it then go for it and welcome to riding reviews from Norway

I passed my car test around 2008 or so. I think I have to do the CBT, but do I need to display l plates after I've done the CBT? And do I need to do the CBT again if I have no intention of sitting the full bike test?
Not sure if you still respond but if it comes into the country unrestricted is a 16 year old still allowed to ride it eg if you had one of these that came in de restricted could I drive it at 16
if it was manafactured derestricted and it has the certification to say it is a moped the yes but this is sort of a grey area we cbrs has bikes that come restricted and derestricted
the dirt track has the sky team ace engine witch is a bit tight in the ace 50 even derestricted it would only do 35 mph the bullit will go 43 because it has the dohc engine so i would recommend that

@@wozza59 totall uk 50cc moterbike sales in the uk was cbrs at 25% lexmoto at about 40% and aprilia mash bullit taking the other 35% mash has gone lexmoto have stoped doing there 50cc zontes stoped theres cbrs has a plan in place to take lexmotos 40% so hopefully we will supply the majority of all uk 50cc motorbikes

Same here, I got in Norway a similar moped, but I'm still running the engine in. After 1000 km, I'll get a 5 pin unrestricted CDI. The model is the same from archive motorcycles.
no this has a SkyTeam engine the bullet has a more expensive double overhead cam engine more torque and speed but they are both 50cc so both are 45mph max but the bullet should cope with the hills better

the seat would be fine the bikes are not really designed for supper long trips this bike will do about 72kmph derestricted
Is it possible to put a bash guard/belly pan on a bike like this? I got the mash dirt track 125 and the front mud guard is very short.

the bike can fiscally take a passenger but your license may restrict this also this is a 50cc so it will not be fast

I didn't cut any wire on this bike but it was second hand so i don't know what the previous owner did
Is the e3 model standard carbouration? Also can the carb jets be changed on that and the sprocket
yes the e3 version has a carb and yes you can rejet it
What is the valve clearance on that engine? I can hear the valve sound a little bit to much on my bike.
Ushally 4000th of an inch on that engine

it was the breaks this bike was second hand and it wasn't used for a white this was a shakedown ride

Most traffic in a city doesn't exsred 30, so yes, it would be good but get it derestricted

The Mash 50 is the motorcycle I can afford, so I guess it makes it my favourite bike. And to be honest I don't want to ride one any faster than that.

so the law states if you have a cbt you need plates and can't take a pillion or ride on motorways

do they vibrate any less when run in ? mine is not long new but vibrates quite a bit compared to other bikes i,ve rode

8:59 42mph, strange to see a 50cc bike doing this speed.
Toque is a bit better on these
With the 2 stroke 50cc type of geared moped you can get about 57-68 out of them

the bike is a good bike i think it is how they sound
