Nice one! Your videos are good to give an impression of streets I've never been to. Coming back for a year in March. I'm still in doubt where to live. The avenue was OK for a couple of weeks, but I don't need to live there. Even more South Pattaya/Jomtien would mean less traffic and cheaper condo's. North Pattaya is a bit closer to the action and also less expensive. Difficult choice to make. But, when you work from home, the location should probably come second in making a decision.
Its all personal and budget mate. Are you alone or with a girl? Personally I am always single and always try and stay around Grand Avenue/Centara. I like that LK is just a walking distance away and the rest is easy with the baht bus. Also theres not that much of noise there even though you are pretty much center of town. Then again I never stay longer than 3 months but I guess if I was going to then I would try and stay there again.
PJoe I walked that area today - its great to be back! Lek hotel has rooms 790 a night at the moment - old side so a bit tired...in the centre of things and good value Thanks for the video as always, its amazing the changes since I was here in March - esp herbal smoke shops - whoda thought??? Keep going with the way you deliver updates as they are genuine no BS
Page 10 great hotel. Off season 1300-1500 high season 2000+ Imho soi 10 is the most central place to stay. Walk to LK and Central and beach. Thank Buddha I went upcountry 29th.
I have used the 5 different sawasdee hotels. Very cheap but probably need demolishing now. Getting older need more comfort next time. Be careful with the massages 💆♂️
