Great video. The blue on UNC’s jerseys back in the day were not that light. I noticed the difference win Mitchell & Ness released the jersey and shorts.
the difference is probably that it was made by different factories in different countries! i know it was definitely a thing with some hockey jerseys in the 90s - some jerseys made by starter in el salvador were different to the starter jerseys from another country (which i forget right now)
I did a review on this about a month ago and I ordered the shorts and they should be here tomorrow but I like this colorway better then the white jersey. Dope vid as usual
@@KingLeonidas23 I was just about to say that you should check out the 1994 Nike version. It was made in the USA, almost certainly at the same factory as the original Sand-Knit that MJ wore so I would think that the color of that one would be spot on. The font on the back number is off though, missing the serif on the #2.
I could certainly be wrong, but I thought ALL legitimate Mitchell and Ness jerseys were made in the USA. I know fakes are out there. One thing to keep in mind when looking at old photos of Jordan at UNC is that a lot of vintage photos are very saturated looking. So colors may be rendered slightly differently. And if the image online was scanned from a print vs the original piece of film that will make a difference as well as scanner settings. Many variables. If it's a legit Mitchell and Ness, that's all the matters at the end of the day. They may have chosen to go with a lighter blue to give it that "vintage" look rather than be color accurate. When you look at a lot of vintage football jerseys that are rereleased, the colors tend to be more muted or light.

The powder blueish is accurate
The real Jersey the north was bit smaller but the Carolina part stop between both rib cages side to side like they made it more stretch out

Nice video Leo, as always.
This is a tough one, I'm gonna do research just out of curiosity now.
What did you come up with
Can you post a Duke jersey review?!
Always Dope Content 👌 🙌 Awesome
Did Nike make an orange tag version of this jersey? 90's era maybe?
Yes they did! It was a nice one too

Yup. I have that one too. The blue is on between those two jerseys. Nike color code 448 valor blue unc. The regular valor blue is slightly a shade off

Older Jordan jerseys were made in the USA. Not any of the newer stuff
