About Seinfeld:
Seinfeld stars Jerry Seinfeld as a stand-up comedian whose life in New York City is made even more chaotic by his quirky group of friends who join him in wrestling with life's most perplexing, yet often trivial questions. Often described as "a show about nothing," Seinfeld mines the humor in life's mundane situations like waiting in line, searching for a lost item, or the trials and tribulations of dating. Co-starring are Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Jerry's ex-girlfriend and current platonic pal, Elaine Benes; Jason Alexander as George Costanza, Jerry's neurotic hard-luck best friend; and Michael Richards as Jerry's eccentric neighbor, Kramer.

I love how George looks so proud of himself after saying "anathema." Jason is brilliant.
Jason is the king of facial expressions.
@@ThatVeryArtGal Ernest P Worrell was the king of facial expressions.
“I don’t see why this should affect the potatoes” 😂😂😂
Puhtaydiz*
Our boy Costanza has been damaged since birth when Frank and Estelle had a screaming match in the hospital about what to name him
😌✌
A screaming match and they went for George? Nobody argues for George
Just being the spawn of Frank and Estelle is what did it.
@@sws212Frank wanted Joel, Estelle wanted Marge (she really wanted a daughter). When the nurse asked what name to put on the birth certificate, they each shouted their own name but all the nurse could hear was “George”
3:15 such a Kramer moment when he unexpectedly throws his stuff into his apartment 😭
Means he didn't even care about the statue really.
I'm sure things will turn around for that George guy.
Maybe he should try being the opposite.
The big brokerage houses killed his father, well they hurt him very badly.
@giraffesareselfish9563 😂
Yeah I'm a cop, I'm a damn good cop.
I don't understand why this should affect the potatoes.
Easily one of the best seinfeld episodes cos of the mcguffin involved. George finding an item that can end some of his psychological pain only to lose it, regain it in a hilarious sting and then lose it again permanantly and return to forever being plagued by guilt over failing his parents yet again, it doesn't get more comedically tragic and perfect plotwise than that.
Not sure it's a mcguffin, a mcguffin has no value and the statue had tremendous value to george.
@@fefferryerr1818 The purpose of a mcguffin is to drive the plot forward and give the character a motivation. It's not that a mcguffin doesn't have value, it's that a mcguffin is often unexplained. The ultimate thingamajig.
The ultimate solution would've been to cut the statue in half.
"You are wise."
Lololololol!!
This is one of the best episodes. At one point in many peoples lives, there would have had to have been a moment where there was a fuss over something like a statue. Which makes this episode oddly relatable. Not to mention the characters seemed to have looked out for each other, Jerry rigging the game, so George would win the statue, to Kramer pretending to be a cop, to retrieve the statue for George, even though Kramer originally wanted it. But then it gets destroyed, even in the moment of George’s victory, which makes it feel like a part of yourself shattered for him. Great episode.
Anybody else just like this clip because of George gratefully hugging Kramer?
Yeah. George seemed kinda annoyed with Kramer in the earlier seasons but they become good friends in later seasons.
Seinfeld is a literally a piece of history.💯
Top 10 shows of all time.💯
It’s like the enee meanee scene from Curb. It’s fun to see these little references throughout the Larry Davidverse
I now just want to picture a young George spinning aimlessly when singing “I’ll never have the recipe again” and the statue slipping right out and breaking. 😂
Edit: and like the song he sings “oh nooooooo”.
It puts me back in time...great comedy skits and relatively clean....towing the line well. Loved it.
Just don't take it out
@@brandondetroitfanmichaels4325 Right? Seinfeld was subtle but it was never clean lol.
George is gettin upset!
George once stated I'm the product of parents that stayed together ~ Single most damaging event of George's life was that he was born & he begrudgedly trys to accept that fact throughout his life ~
4:59 George did it again:))))😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆
The most damaging experience of George's life was being born. The second most damaging experience of his life was every single second afterwards. It's not tragic, it's just the experiences of a short, stocky man in our society
😅🤣😂
Bald, too.
And slow-witted
LOL! 🤣
If you took "georges problems are because of his height and weight" from Seinfeld you obviously didn't watch it lmao. He pulled 40+ women over the course of the show and in almost every case: he lost them because of the way he acted/reacted. George was the cause of Georges problems for the most part. There is some blame to share with his parents, but almost none of his problems were because of his height or weight directly.
This is an underrated episode in my opinion. George’s neuroticism really starts to gather steam in this episode. Love it!
Just imagine what George and Jerry had to go through in high school!
Can't stanz ya!
But how about that Tropic of Capricorn
Ralph, it's GOOD to see you.
He's it, he wins, it is good
Even so he counted kramer twice in a row so he still lost
Can't believe I've finally found out that Eenie Meenie scene in Curb was recycled from this ! Mind blown
Poor George, just can't get a break...
Ma! You just take the toast and dip IT IN THE PAN! ...my mother. She forgot how to make French toast
Why couldn’t the writers let George to reclaim his birthright at the end!? It could be nice for once to let George have a little happy ending, not breaking the statue.
Nice, not funny.
No hugs at the end, no learning, no growth. It's the rule of the show.
@@Edmilsonfsjr only thing to learn to kramer is insane and to stay away from him
@@Edmilsonfsjrbut there was literally a hug
The Best Sitcom 🔥🔥🔥😻😻😻
It indeed is anathema 😂
2:10 Jason Alexander looks much smaller than 5’5”
He wasn't wearing his spray painted Timberland's.

Does he even crack the 5-ft barrier?
"And you are It". Then Jerry beats the Camera men.
The best part is missing where Kramer plays a cop
“Let’s go get ‘em.”
i like how they did a similar thing in Curb with eenie meenie... and out goes Y O U!
THANK GOODNESS THEY CREATED CRAZY GLUE FOR JUST SUCH MISHAPS. AHAHAHA AHAHAHA LOL.
Macarthur Park😂
George and Elaine happy new year 🎆 🌇 3:58
Have you noticed that George’s trauma makes the best comedy? I’m available for dinner, love roasted potatoes.
Well the saying goes comedy is tragedy and that the two are linked.
Where I grew up it was ip dip dip, my blue ship... :)
You skipped the best part of how Kramer got the statue back.
Junkyard collection. Some specimen.
You knew it was coming all the along
Anybody else never hear of ink-a-dink until this episode?
@mixedwildchild except its different words, and a different melody...
..a different thing. The only thing that is similar is the objective. I was just wondering.
@@ctdieselnut🙄Obviously it's different words, but it's exactly the same idea otherwise. They both have the exact same pacing and structure. "Ink-a-Dink" is just an East Coast/New York version of "Eenie, Meeny, Miny, Moe".
Omg I love MacArthur’s park! And Jurassic park!
General Douglas MacArthur's Park?
Jerry pointed at kramer twice before switching to george
Finally when George is happy,K man ruin all his happynes 😂👀🧐
It was supposed to by ironic, I guess. First the statue was Kramer's, then it was George's, then it gets stolen and Kramer gets it back, then it was George's again, and then Kramer ruins it for him. I'm not sure what the lesson is in that. It reminds me of the episode where Kramer and Elaine fight over a kid's bike.
I dunno, the pool was a pretty strong experience...
They didn't show the best part when Kramer goes to get the statue!
George should have known considering his luck, that the longer he had it in his hands, it was going to get broken. He should have taken it to his parents house immediately, put it on the mantle, done.
Kramer. Dress from good will. But rocking it.
Seinfeld would be nothing without T-Bone!
You mean Gammy? Because Neal Watkins from accounting is T-Bone.
Love that T-bone!
It is good.
miami vice, his vouice is the same. kramer and sunny. lol.
They left out the best scene!
Hey u yadda yadda’d over the best part
Never seen this one
I wish they did evens or odds :)
Did everyone know that the statue would get broken before the end of the episode? The only question was how?
miami vice, sunny and kramer have the same vouise.
Should've instead ended with Jerry suddenly finding another statue, and the cops knock on the door.
i cook shrimp. what do i know? yeah..
Do you think the guy really stole it? I do.
He definitely stole it 😂😂😂
Jerry cheated on George’s behalf. He was on Kramer for “zine”, and then pointed to Kramer again for “and”.
Finnish person named Rava :D i think he messed up India and Finland
You look like you're in better shape than Neil, do you work out?
How gentle must your grip be to drop something due to someone patting you on the back? xD
I know that’s funny but just frustrating seeeeing that 2nd break too
Kramer would want used socks
They’re cutting them shorter and shorter. Taking out all the good stuff.😐
It’s statute not statue.
2:10
Jerry cheated
Their acting skills are SO bad their first season. Glad they got renewed for another season otherwise we wouldn’t have the greatest comedy team on TV.
I had endless fantasies about Elaine and me on a beach together 🤗
lucky not true since she is insane and would drown you.
That was totally Georges fault
why did kramer want the statue??
I think he just liked it when he saw it.
@@joycampi7233 Kramer while he holds the status in his hands: " Now this.... i like...." 😄
Cause he's a "hipster doofus"
because he is Kramer
