I really would love to switch to Loupedeck from my elgato stream deck, but there are still so many features missing. Like controlling my smart home via http requests in background or arranging windows on certain desktop positions with a single click. Also soundboards like soundpad are not supported by the Loupedeck yet. Do any plans exist for the integration of these features?
How to move the 4:5 crop button to a different page from the crop overlay tool workspace? That way I don't have to click multiple times for 4:5 basic IG crop.
Is it possible to create a 4:5 macro/button for Lightroom? Currently it's hidden through several button presses in the default LR profile. I find I put that crop on all photos so how to create such a button. Using Loupedeck live xD
Since I updated the software to the latest version, the "delete" command no longer works. On the real keyboard it works and deletes files, on the Loupedeck Live when I press it the OS makes a sound and I can't delete anything. It doesn't work anymore and it was one of the commands I used the most... it's not possible... now I'm looking for old versions of the software because it's really not possible that I can't use that key anymore. 😓

The thing I don't like is that the actions are linked to profiles. I believe the user would benefit from having any action always available on the left panel, no matter in which profile the device is currently set. The way the software is designed currently makes it impossible for the user to copy one action from one profile to another, and I think is a missed opportunity. The current setup means that if one wants to merge different profiles into one this will mean reprogramming everything from scratch.
If my application isn't in the "open application" drop down how do I add it to it?
Just make it like stream deck software that way it will be more user friendly once yall allowed that to happen yall will get people buyin your product
I just got the loupdeck live cuz the hype but thinking about sending it back cuz its so complicated

Open application have an issue, if application is already opened, need focus app and don't reopen new window. If util in app like chrome, firefox, etc.
Does anyone know where I can get something like this but it's a windows application that utilises windows touch?

Hello. I bought the Loupedeck Live to mainly do colour work in Photoshop. It's been really hard to set it up the way I want to use it. My main issue is that I can't find a way to access the different colour channels in Photoshop within the loupedeck for eg with Colour Balance, Hue/Sat, Selective colour and curves, the options are very limited. All I want the Loupedeck to do is being able use the knobs/dials to move the sliders in those adjustments layers as those adjustments have multiple channels in them . Any help would be awesome, thanks!

Hi, holding down an individual key will send the command multiple times. If you're looking to use modifiers for longer keyboard shortcuts, you can find them under Desktop > Keyboard Modifiers. I don't understand why so far there is no support for the latest Lightroom software which looks better and works better?
I would be very happy if you would add keyboard support in the next update, it is simply important for my daily work and it seems that the improved software is much more convenient
Hi there, we do support the latest version of Lightroom Classic for all our consoles. Unfortunately the cloud-based version of Lightroom doesn't offer an SDK, so for now we are unable to create a native plugin for it. You can still use parts of it with Loupedeck CT, Live, and Live S by creating a custom profile using keyboard shortcut and mouse commands.

We will add Loupedeck+ to the new UI soon, after which it will be possible to create custom profiles for Loupedeck+ as well.

Wish you would make an improved CT version still focused on artists and put the price down, because the CT price is ridicouless, always has been. Also, it needs height/angle adjustments, especially for the current price.

Unlike a keyboard or shortcut based controller, we develop, maintain, support and update our software for every application integrated with our consoles.

How can I open a specific folder (under macOS) with the "Run"-action?
Hi there, you need to copy and paste the path of a folder to the empty field when creating a "Run" custom action. You can find the folder path by following these instructions: support.apple.com/en-gu/guide/mac-help/mchlp1774/mac#:~:text=Show%20the%20path%20to%20a,bottom%20of%20the%20Finder%20window.
@@Loupedeck I have the correct folder path but when I paste it into the corresponding box of the "Run" action and save the command nothing happens when hitting the button on the Loupedeck...
The documentation of the "Run" actions is quite rare. Perhaps you could do a propper tutorial video with some examples...
Thank you for pointing this out, there seems to be a bug which will be fixed with a future software update. In the meantime you can use a workaround and add the following text in front of the path: open||

Do you know when this software update is going to be ported over to Loupedeck+?
I had asked over 5 months ago and your social media team gave some vague "we're working on it!" response, but then hid my comment months later to hide any insinuation that other people may be waiting for it. If you have no plans to do so, totally fine - just be transparent so I can support another company.
It is being worked on and will hopefully be ready for release before the end of the year. We apologize for the delay, we understand the demand is great, and will get you on board with the new software as soon as possible.
Three dots are not showing for me when I hover over an action and I can't delete any of them. Also how you delete actions from dials? While better than the classic UI I stil find this software extremely confusing, counterintuitive and sometimes it makes the whole product straight out useless.
Hi Jakub, please make sure you are using the latest software version and restart the software. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support here: support.loupedeck.com/. To delete actions from dials, click on any dial, hover over an action, and click on the X next to the action.
@@Loupedeck Thanks, wrote to support and waiting for reply. The issue persists with latest versions of 5.2 and 5.3 on Win 11. I can't see neither three dots menu on touch actions nor the x on dial actions. Regardless of me experiencnig a bug in the software problem with tying this function to hover is that it can't be used on touch screen Windows tablets (i.e. Samsung Book Pro in tablet mode, Microsoft Surface when you navigate with hand) because there are no mouse cursors there and you can't hover over anything. Why not tie such crucial functionality like context menu to the right click like every other software does?
I have the same problem on Microsoft Surface Pro. Have submitted it to the support, but no solution yet. The only workaround to remove assigned actions is to rollback to the 5.1 and use a classic UI.
@@kirillpikin hi mate, the actual solution is to fold your laptop into laptop mode (attach keyboard) as apparently the ui of the app doesn't work correctly in the tablet mode.
When you done with setting up the app you can return to use the laptop in tablet mode.
They might fix it but no ETA when.

I still wish they update the software to fix it. There is no manual switch between laptop/tablet modes in Windows 11. So we have to attach the original keyboard only. Although, I do not use original keyboard in my setup at all. But this workaround is way better than nothing!
