You all have a gold mine here and really should be getting this stuff out more heavily. I have used the Stream Deck and i now use the Loupedeck Live and this thing out performs the stream deck BY FAR ! lets talk to the community and see hat features they love and really sell those for me it is a few things the biggest being the ability to adjust any audio with the 6 knobs but that is honestly endless when you consider adding a 2nd or 3rd page to the profile The one thing i wish would change would be an easier multifunction switch with easy to set up actions

Hey, i am a music producer and audio engineer from italy. I have been using the loupedeck ct for 3months. Its great, but i would wish sooo much that it would have native support for Pro Tools and Logic pro x. I would make it much more powerfull for me and for the people that work with me. Its great for final cut, and i know it also could be great for Logic and Pro Tools IF it would have native support. The dials are useless just to scrub around. It would be much more helpful and have more sens if i could adjust for example the volume!

Im really enjoying the loupdeck software. Im using it for day trading however. It would be great if I could program a page to show stock ticker prices live. How can I do this?
OK biggest problem I'm running into is I'm trying to make this work with fusion 360 when I'm in fusion 360 the options do not come up for it for the shortcuts. If I'm in any other program the shortcuts come up for that program. What am I doing wrong here? How can I resolve this, because I really want to start using this with fusion 360 as I'm learning fusion 360 right now and my Loupedeck CT would be awesome for this
How to work with selections in Carema Raw?
For example, I have selected the sky and want to use the sliders to reduce the exposure.
If you turn the slider, the exposure changes throughout the photo.
How to “explain” to Loupedeck that you need to work only with the selected part?

How do you lock the loupedeck live to a specific apps operations? I have one monitor and I have been trying to use OBS Studio but when I switch the app back to game I’m playing I lose control of OBS studio until I switch manually with alt+ tab.

I use Lightroom profiles extensively - both those that came with Lightroom and additional ones. Am I able to add these to the Loupedeck live?
Hi Paul, unfortunately we don't have access to the profiles in Lightroom Classic. However, we've brought this up with Adobe now again, so let's hope we can get access to those soon :)

Hi Shannon, just to clarify, you are referring to actions that take you to a specific touchscreen or dial page, correct? You can find these under the Device Actions (the compass icon), and from there you can drag them to any button. Please let us know if this answered your question :)
software for products like this should always be open source.. or else they will fail miserably
How do you change how sensitive a dial is for Premiere Pro? I'd like to change the zoom dial to be more sensitive and add a jog (5 sec + 30 sec) options to replace the pan and clip select functions on the jog wheel. If you can zoom to the correct level, the mouse scroll wheel works good enough. I'd like the zoom dial to be at least 3x more sensitive. I configured my mouse back / forward buttons to select clips, so the clip selection function is useless to me as well.
I'd like to be able to make the down press on the zoom more customizable too. Like having up to 5 sequential presses, a zoom all the way out and zoom to a certain duration on the timeline.
Hi Jim, unfortunately there is no general way to adjust the sensitivity of rotation adjustments. However, you can use “Mouse Wheel: Vertical + Alt” for a more sensitive zoom, and add “Reset Zoom” as a press action to the dial to reveal your entire timeline.
If moving by 5 frames or using “Jog” are not fast enough, you can create a Custom Adjustment with a Macro for both rotation direction, which includes as many occurrences of the shortcut Shift + Left/Right Arrow Key -as you want.

I can't get serato dj pro to open with the device
If you have dynamic mode disabled, how do you load an app profile for your current application. I used the built in button to toggle on/off dynamic but it doesn’t work correctly or I am doing something wrong. Can I assign an app profile to a button in say my default profile. This would be great and preferred as to dynamic in my situation.
Hi! If you want to switch a profile while Dynamic Mode is off, you need to do this in the Loupedeck software. Unfortunately it is currently not possible to switch profiles via a button on the console, but we’ll forward your message to the team to consider in future development.
I cant get Fusion 360 profile to open
Is this console compatible with filmora pro, or any filmora video editing software? I haven't found a single video with it....
Hi Ricardo, you can use Loupedeck CT and Live with Filmora by creating a custom profile using keyboard shortcut and mouse commands, just like in this video. We also have a ready-made Filmora profile available in the Loupedeck Marketplace.
As the software versions change, the screens are no longer true to life. I find that really difficult to follow the steps as a result.
I agree. You can't click the add custom buttons anymore on the right. You have to make an icon in a space each time. :(
Can this work with the Toonboom Harmony Program?
I've been trying to make a profile for Corel painter. You can change the brush size by holding the ctrl & alt key and then mouse dragging. I created a shortcut and added it to a touch button. Nothing happens in painter. If I assign alt to a touch button (eye dropper) nothing happens but if I use the modifier mode it works. Any idea why shortcuts don't seem to work or transfer over to Painter?

How do I get it so when I assign a button to Gmail, it opens it in Chrome and not in Microsoft Edge? I created a Chrome profile, and added the webpage button in that profile, and it still opens Gmail in Edge. I can't for the life of me figure this out. Can it even be done?
Make Chrome your default browser then it will always use Chrome. I'm on a Mac right now so cannot supply the OS steps, but inside Chrome, settings, is a place to make it the default browser. MS Edge will still try and take control back if you use it, then just say no! :)

Can you guys get the ctrl key to work on mac? I have a Loupedeck Live and couldn't map any shortcuts that contains the Ctrl ^ modifier on a mac.

@@Loupedeck Thanks for the reply, Indeed, the shortcuts that I've encountered does contain Ctrl and arrow keys.
I also find that CMD+OPT+SHIFT+Arrow keys doesn't work either. I suspect the arrow key was the culprit instead of the ctrl. I am glad that you guys are aware of it and is working on a solution.

How come I can't save jpg or png to the source page buttons? I'm using it for streamlabs and audio editing software. I can save them to the main page but not the pages 1-7. Is there a way to do this?
Hi there, could you please specify your question a bit? What are you referring to with "source page buttons"? You can add custom icons to actions no matter what Workspace or Touchscreen page you're in.
@@Loupedeck Source pages as in buttons 1-7 I've tried to change the buttons to jpg's or png's and even icons from your icon library and none will take. It will show up on the button and then when I click save it's gone and only the words show up. But on the main page I have no problem putting jpg or png on those buttons. For some reason no icons will save on pages 1-7 only whatever I name it is on those buttons.
Based on your comments we understand you want to assign icons to the Round Buttons (Home button + buttons 1-7), but those buttons don't have a screen so the icons won't show up obviously. If you mean that you're only able to assign icons to Touchscreen buttons on the Home Workspace, we kindly recommend contacting our customer support to solve the issue: support.loupedeck.com/kb-tickets/new. @@Loupedeck NO!, I'm taking about the screen buttons those buttons from 1-7 represent. I can only get the ones on the home screen to accept graphics.

How to make those "next page" and "previous page" buttons?
In the Loupedeck software, navigate to actions panel on the right, and choose Device Actions (the compass icon). There you'll find press actions to take you to the next, previous, or a specific touchscreen or dial page. You can click on the actions to change their icons.

If Dynamic Mode is on, your console will automatically switch between application profiles according to the active window. If you want to switch between profiles manually, you have to do this in the Loupedeck software at the moment. You can always create several Workspaces for one profile and switch between them.

@@Loupedeck thats great, the loupedeck feels nice but it has so many errors and bugs that have me on the edge on sending it back. Is the “open premiere pro” hotkey supossed to not work? It works with every single adobe app except premiere which bums me out

The concept of loupedeck is cool but the way you set this product up is complete trash. Way too much to go through to set up. It should be so much more simplified than the way they built it
