It all must come down to how much energy you are putting in comparing to what energy is being put out? In other words, it must be all about the diet, no? Someone please correct me.
HikingViking It’s purely because of two types of training: hypertrophy and strength. Hypertrophy training relies on large amounts of volume, which increases the size of the muscles. Strength training relies on the intensity of the workout, which increases the density and quality of the muscle. You only get stronger because you only do strength training, which is what you should be focused on. Don’t waste your time with volume training. @side kick The only health problem this dude got was temporary muscular soreness, the common cold, & neck pains from sleeping on it wrong. (The common types of pain & sickness we all get) Since you’d like to be literal; his lifespan is more than yours since he needs to consume more protein, vitamins, and other supplements for his body to grow, function, & operate since his muscle tissues has expanded & formed to adapt to his bodybuilding hobby. Means more red blood cells are needed to stop the open area from bleeding in order to heal if he gets cut or injured. Yes the body weakens as we age but look at Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Yeah this is roughly 675 lbs. 7 plates each side means 90x7 which is 630 plus 45lbs for bar itself. And in some clips he's got more smaller plates. Mega strong if he can double overhand deadlift that much weight even if he does have assist straps on.
@@thog7653 oh heck no we got a person that doesn't know what he's talking about. The bar slightly bent. Dud I can lift 1-ton 10 reps..... The bar will been more than that. The amount of plates he had on there, the bar would be bending way further... not some slight bent that is barely noticeable.. there's a reason why I said the waste not a hundred percent. Powerlifter his size doing stuff like that that's not even true. Because I know a powerlifter that can lift more than that.. he's bigger.. the guys there are power lifters, even though they're strong ...they don't lift stuff like that. They can lift three plates with easy and 4 plates. But 6 and 7 plates on both sides??? With his size and body mass.....??? No my friend..... that's scientifically impossible so the weights are not fully 100% because he lifted without grunting. I will believe it more.... if he was bigger
@@futtbucker1638 He is much much more of a power lifter than a bodybuilder. I have practiced martial arts for 14 years and taught for 6+ years and so I'll teach you something. The reason that the front kick, or the "Sparta kick" is usually the first kicking technique taught is because it requires the least technical ability of all the kicks. A person with strong legs can have an effective and dangerous front kick in a very short period of time. This brings me to my other point... High level power lifters are JUST the type of athlete that can walk into a martial arts studio and give decent and even highly skilled martial artists some trouble. Their power is very dangerous even at white belt level. I have experienced this multiple times running a martial arts studio. I promise, you don't want this man landing a flush front kick anywhere on your body.

This guy must have influenced many people to lift weights for sure.
Or influence others to blow their assholes out. Man is bionic.

For me at least if I see someone trying to lift a heavyweight I keep an eye on him and Be within close distance to help if any thing happens. In short “for safety”
abdullah S that’s good of you bruh 👏🏽💪🏾
Honestly though, not a lot of people think like that. Good stuff fam!
Same bro, always safety first, meanwhile watching a good lift
Yes for sure. Good to make sure people are safe while they are lifting heavy weights. I remember years ago a young guy was benching 2 plates and he struggled with his last rep, it went up, then down down down very slowly lol.
It was only myself and him in the gym so he was lucky I was watching him.
Ran over and helped him out.
Ain't nobody watching his deadlifts "for safety"

Wow you're so noble for singling out an obese guy in a video to harvest some internet points, look at you! He really needed that instead of just being treated as one of many going to the gym. Yeah this is roughly 675 lbs. 7 plates each side means 90x7 which is 630 plus 45lbs for bar itself. And in some clips he's got more smaller plates. Mega strong if he can double overhand deadlift that much weight even if he does have assist straps on.

@@TreyeParker bar was bending stfu
This guy would sparta kick a hole through a mans torso.
Not really, body builders are usually stiff and he prob lacks the technique for fighting
