Met an imeprialle 400 owner at a pertrol bunk. Asked him how it is and he said ok. I loved it but reason I did not go for it as owner said he had an issue with the bike (break pad) and part wasn't available so he had to wait 14 days until part arrived. Since, Benelli is new.. parts are not easily available. i did not like this. Hence, I chose RE Bullet 350 as RE parts & service are easily available. But, nothing can beat the look of this bike yar!

Biggest drawback of impreale 400 according to me are:-
1-No alloy wheels.
2-Low ground clearance.
3-Poor Paint quality.
4-Lack of customization / parts.
5-No showrooms / service center in tire 2 cities.
