Back in the days RE was always the old people's bike, whereas Jawa was always chosen by the youth. I don't know; the 2 stroke Jawa sound was the best I heard; also, if you can restore the old Jawa and use it, it will surely give a commanding presence on the road. I saw a restored Jawa classic in the showroom, which looked way better than the current version. But Jawa definitely looks the best of the three. RE is RE. Those who loved RE will never use another, and those who loved Jawa, including myself, will never use RE; I am a Jawa guy, period.

Correct you brother... I owned both RE classic signal edition also the Jawa classic... I m the first owner of these two bikes in my city.
And i also test ride the Benelli 400 in Noida.(8-10km)
I am 6'' tall based on below are my thoughts on these three bikes..
Benelli has the best factory fitted seat followed by RE. Jawa has the poorest seat comfort.
Both my RE and Jawa hv mileage around 35km/l.
If you are mostly ride with pillion or married than RE and Benelli are better due to their seat length. Jawa is not comfortable with pillion.
Dual disc Braking of RE signal and Benelli is much better then jawa single ABS.
Jawa is better in corner and in acceleration than RE and Benelli.
Looks are personal preference.
Service cost of RE and Jawa are same. Benelli is yet to know.
RE has the best exhaust followed by Benelli.
Benelli has the best console and feature rich followed by jawa.
As far as bike ride feeling are concern..
RE gives you King like feeling.
Jawa is like heritage and on highways it's like nobody can touch you type feeling.
Benelli 400 as my 8-10 km test ride is like as you are running like some 500+ cc old classic bike with advance features.
My height is 6.2 ...is it true that jawa is too uncomfortable for tall people...keeping in mind long distance travelling

Some people complain RE for lot of vibrations but i love the feel.... vibrations ka maza hi kuch alag lagta hai.. and if you know to handle gear and speed ratio perfectly there is no feel of vibrations at all below 100 km/hr

I am the proud owner of Royal enfield Classic 350.I feel that people are critisizing this too much though they don't have any practical knowledge about this bike. Some people who have some knowledge about bikes they continously compairing with bikes like jawa, ktm,bajaj dominar they should understand that the era of this bike is different from all these bikes.

I have taken its Test Ride twice before buying RE.
If you want that perfomance better to buy FZ 250 or Gixxer 250 you will have real fun of performance.
Jawa is like Retro look with Sports engine.
For Long Tour Jawa is worst option...its Retro bike for college Students.
Jawa has No. Comfert and Road Presence.
I own jawa since a year.
Suspension is very good in jawa so is the comfort.
And road presence...are you joking , it immediately makes people nostalgic, I am now tired of people staring and asking about bike at every signal I stop.

I thought benelli would b the winner as it looks more premium and polished but i am surprised to c jawa winning also there were some complaints abt rusting from the customers who have received jawa so reliability of jawa is also a big issue.

@@akashgautam4228 Well, my bike had so many issues after some long rides that i had to sell it. Engine me issues aaye, 3 baar toh oil seal fata. Rusting within a year, pura engine head change hua. I will suggest stick to RE rather than going for substandard jawa and yezdi bikes. I switched to RE meteor and have completed 18 rides which were above 500 km. No issues at all

Some facts for your rederence...
350 - mileage is 35-40 kmpl
Seats - after market - “Perfect Seats” in Andheri E Mumbai..Imran bhai... so they r now large and comfortable or the OG seats r just average.
I love the thump and vibrations in my 350 !
Imagine jawa with a bigger chasis like the benelli. Their sales will break records
And speedbreakers will break it's underbody

Was frustrated by frequent scraping of exhausts
But the bike feels retro
What i think is Benelli wins in the this segment... coz it has more power @400cc compared to the other 2, it has least vibrations, it has more comfortable and upright seating, plus it has advanced speedometer which gives every info such as digital trip meters, fuel indicator, gear indicator, and many more which RE and JAWA dont't give as it is necessary today. Of course Benelli is new entrant and it doesn't have huge service network, but it is growing broadly and i think Benelli has done fabelous job with launching the Imperiale 400.

Short and light riders go for Jawa. Others with occasional touring dreams should go for Benelli. It will rewrite history with it's efforless long distance mile munching ability. It's the black Benelli for me.

Isne kabhi RE nhi chalai. Chalai hoti to mileage pta hota. Pta hai RE chalane walo ko mileage se koi farak ni padta chahey wo 10 ka de ya 20 ka. Kyo ki RE chalane wale king hote hai.

You are good in presenting BIASED opinions. ... (no Offence, please)....
1. You did not mention that Imperiale 400 has Double Cradle frame which is not the case with others
(less vibrations ).
2. You did not talk about the fuel meter, trip meter, gear notification on Imperiale 400.
3. Jawa cannot be ridden for more than 2 hours, because of the leg position on Foot Peg.
4. The seating for Jawa is a Big Disappointing, there is no space for the Pillion rider.
5. The vibrations in RE will give you an Shoulder Operation in 2 years.
6. You might not have ridden the Jawa...you will feel the Engine heat on your legs within 5 km of ride.
I sold my RE 350 due to Vibration Issue , CANCELLED booking of Jawa 42 due to QUALITY Issues. ...the only Bike now left is Imperiale 400.

anyone can put that silencer in benelli or jawa...benelli stock silencer is way better than enflied stock one....both can be changed after market..more over benelli is way way way way better refined than RE...and more powerful...no reason to buy garbage like RE any more...if you want power go for jawa if you want big bike feel go for benelli

I have a lower back problem which is kind of an epidemic in middle age people. In my opinion, the Benelli seat (with springs) is going to be the most comfortable out of the three.
