However at 19 i fell into the bodybuilding rabithole of "you gotta eat big to get big" and started bulking for 3ish years. I gained a LOT of muscle and strength (one of the biggest at my gym) but wow has my face taken a hit...i lost the sharpness and female attention, its all dudes calling me big and asking for advice. Ive been cutting now for 8 months, currently still only at 17% bodyfat, i plan on going down to 8% bodyfat, until my face looks like what it did when I was 18 years old, but with the muscle mass ive acquired in these past years bulking. True, as a short dude my self, worst look would be a bulked up (i gain muscles easily) and being fat. I would looke like a ogre LOL. Only if you have a good face and are at least 5’9. If you have a bad frame but good face and tall, gaining muscle could help you improve your frame and gain even +3 points. Yeah defined cheek bones are usually possible for anyone at low enough body fat. I'm really greatful mine are naturally wide and defined even at 17% bf+. Me and my youngest sister both had our cheek bones widen quite a bit....when I was younger I never liked the look along with my big eyes and long eye lashes but I get compliments all the time so can't complain. I think realistically 15% bf is the lowest you should go unless you are really dedicated.

Ive been training serious (bodybuilding) for 4ish years, and I train abs hard meaning they're developed and pop out even when I'm bulking. You are right, I'm 17% bodyfat right now (not lean at all), my face is still really chubby but my abs are visible especially in good lighting. That's the one point I disagree with this video on.

I was around 22% when i started to cut now i am around 17% 3 weeks later. You dont want to cut to fast because your gonna lose muscle mass. You have to track calories though. This is how i did it 1 jump rope for around 20-30 minuted a day + gym workouts of course 2 use a calorie calculator 3 put in you weight, age, height etc 4 choose the " active" option because you do cardio daily( step 1) 5 stick to the calorie amount the calculator tells you. Try to not eat sugar and junkfood. Andrew Tate and david goggins are the ones that really motivated me to eat clean, just listen to them talking about food.
You don't have to track calories at all but you need to cut out carbs and sugar completely. If you want to eat what you want. Just eat once a day. If you want to eat a lot. Go carnivore or keto. Lose weight while still eating good healthy foods.

Since September I've been able to get from like 19% body fat to 14% body fat with GymCeling + High intensity Cardio + walk in the parks + Intermittent fasting. Definitely liking what I see in the mirror. The US Navy has a bodyfat calculator that works pretty well, just Google "navy bodyfat calculator", and there are tutorials on how to measure your waistline + neck to calculate your bodyfat so that's how I've been able to keep track. Getting to 10-12% bodyfat will increase your SMV more than every redpiller book on "game" in the entire world.
