The new BMW design language uses crisp lines and strikingly contoured surfaces to provide a clear and authentic showcase for the car’s sporting character. The new BMW 3 Series Touring matches the nose of the new BMW 3 Series Sedan, and is headlined by a large BMW kidney grille.
The instrument panel has a modern, light look, and its horizontal lines, discreet electroplated trim strips and contours extending into the doors lend it a feeling of width and elegance.
The newly designed seats for the driver and front passenger offers a greater long-distance comfort, while the optional sports seats provide particularly good lateral support and have an even greater range of adjustment.
Cutting-edge drive system technology increases output, pulling power and efficiency. Three petrol and three diesel engines will be available at launch from November 2019. A particularly efficient plug-in hybrid drive system will debut in summer 2020.
An extensively expanded range of driver assistance systems will pave the way for automated driving: Front collision warning with brake intervention and Lane Departure Warning is now standard.

BMW 330i xDrive Touring: Fuel consumption in l/100 km (combined): 6,6 - 6,3. CO2 emissions in g/km (combined): 151 - 143, exhaust standard EU6d-TEMP. The values of fuel consumptions, CO2 emissions and energy consumptions shown were determined according to the European Regulation (EC) 715/2007 in the version applicable at the time of type approval. The figures refer to a vehicle with basic configuration in Germany and the range shown considers optional equipment and the different size of wheels and tires available on the selected model. The values of the vehicles are already based on the new WLTP regulation and are translated back into NEDC-equivalent values in order to ensure the comparison between the vehicles. [With respect to these vehicles, for vehicle related taxes or other duties based (at least inter alia) on CO2-emissions the CO2 values may differ to the values stated here.] The CO2 efficiency specifications are determined according to Directive 1999/94/EC and the European Regulation in its current version applicable. The values shown are based on the fuel consumption, CO2 values and energy consumptions according to the NEDC cycle for the classification. Erycon we can dream but BMW won’t make Touring M cars, which is silly because the Audi RS4 Avant has always been popular. Alpina will produce a powerful touring version in a couple of years time.
@@stubones I dont dislike Alpina, but M cars appeal to me more, its the same thing with the 5 series Touring and the Audi RS6 Avant, it would be so awesome to have a M5 Touring. Well until then I will stick to my 6 series Gran Coupé.

Látlak I'm happy with a 2-Series RWD coupe, but I love the idea of a BMW body and soul rachback. It's like a small wagon that abdicates a bit of practicality to merge with the concept of a small sports car. The true 1-Series (E87 and F20) was truly the fantastic concept of car and was conceptually a rare piece of automotive history. A useful, small, sporty and beautiful car. I can take my dog to the pet shop in the trunk and then enjoy some gray roads. Fantastic.
@@m.h.60 I feel you, I'm driving a F20 on my own and I love this car. I'm as sad about the new 1 series as all the BMW fans are. But the 2 Series Coupé is the solution for BMW. They can reach the Golf customers and the sport drivers at the same time, but with two different cars. I'm just happy that there is an alternative in form of the 2 Series Coupé.

Even though it's ALPINA's job to do that, a true M performance car would also make a great competitor for the likes of Audi RS and Mercedes AMG Wagon.
As an owner of F31 330D I'd like to point out a few key features/fixes I hope it brings:
1. Better steering - F31 doesn't feel good.
2. Quieter interior - both when it comes to muting outside sounds and making own, like plastic squeals and clicks.
3. Better low-speed refinement.
Once I'm sure these have been improved and my lease ends you'll get a customer.
I love the moon roof, it's so good.

So, the official ad for F31, the outgoing wagon, featured a family in their late thirties - early forties enjoying a spacious and fast station wagon on a scenic road - with a bunch of kids in the back (which made a lot of sense). In this ad for G21, the upcoming model, they feature people in their mid-twenties enjoying life to the fullest - which is fine but how many 25-somethings can afford a $50K car? ;) It seems that BMW ad people lost something - or just let their ad agency enjoy themselves without thinking much about this BMW wagon's target audience ...
... What they need to show is this car ripping up a snow covered mountain pass to the ski lodge to fetch the teddy bear left behind at said lodge. And along the way, so struggling/stuck X1/X2 owners.
I agree, showing mid 20somethings playing sports doesn't scream 'buy this car', but does signify 'youth'. Dogs, kids, and '20% off' ads sell cars. Everything else sells you insurance.
