Sure. Get a weapon with Overdrive * 3 XP * 3 Overdrive -► XP Then, set your overdrive so that it increases with damage dealt to you/an ally. Then fight this boss at the arena, Hit him with one of your char, he'll die instantly. Res him, and do that a high number of times.
Not hard though. You take the weapon with Overdrive * 3 XP * 3 Overdrive -► XP and then you fight Don Tomberry in the monster arena with the kind of overdrive that permits you to increase you overdrive when allies get hurt.
Si tu veux avoir le mm nombre de PC pour les trois persos tu leur met aux trois une arme avec pc*3 overdrive*3 et overdrive en PC pi t'en met un avec le type d'overdrive vengeance et les deux autres avec colère. après celui qui a vengeance a juste a frapper don tomberry pi tu peux avoir un max de PC pr les trois perso ^^

Tonberries are Dillholes if you're at a lower level and unprepared.
