Ong. My teachers only ever teach it through the calculator cuz we have a super smart calc. But now I have to go to high school and we have a retest on this but idk shit. He’s a lifesaver
I'm a 70-year old retired engineering physicist who was NEVER exposed to this or synthetic division in school. There were times in my career it would have been useful - for integrating rational functions, say - but I always had to resort to arcane u-substitutions and the tables of integrals (Burrington, e.g.) to get there. What a godsend this would have been! It's a cold, rainy day here in New England, so I've been browsing the YT math channels, belatedly filling in holes in my education, and enjoying it immensely. Thanks for doing this!
I actually feel like I'm back in high school having my teacher teaching me math hehe. Thanks for these great vids! They've been a big help now that I'm in college and pushing myself to actually understand math better.
I'm learning precalculus by myself via a textbook, and it's really nice to be able to see a lecture on the subject as learning math from text can be confusing. Really appreciate your lessons!
God bless you sir. I’m back in college pursuing a different degree this time and it’s been 14 years since I’ve taken math and this is so insanely helpful. Thank you!
This is incredibly helpful. Thank you SO much. Due to quarantine, my teacher is just sending us her notes to read from which are kind of difficult for me to learn without seeing the pieces come together and hearing the explanation. After that happens, I can usually interpret the notes really well, but you've saved me from being a fish out of water in my math class! Thank you thank you thank you! :)
You don’t know how much you’ve helped me. I left my professors class last week not knowing a single thing about this, and now I understand the entire chapter completely because of your videos.
maybe in computer science (because math is tought there as well) people usually watch memes AND.... We have a teacher who was aking random values for 4 variables a,b ,c ,d and once he got to "d" said "Can someone give me a " and the entire room exploded laughing.
I can’t even explain how much this helped me!! I’m watching this at midnight the night before my test and I didn’t understand it at all so thank you so much🙌🙌 You’re a life saver
You sir are a life saver. All your videos are gold. You just have a way of breaking down all your problomes to where it is plain English. I appreciate that you take your time with your students, and if someone is stuggling, you explain what to do in a way that makes sense to them. You rock!
These videos are so good! Thank you so much for your help. I am a college student struggling to get through math, and I reference your videos every single time I need help. I wish I was in your class LOL. Thanks again!
Thank you for doing this. I couldn’t figure out that part where u said everyone always messes up. Couldn’t figure out why my math teacher was always subtracting
I remember watching this back in highschool 3 or 4 years ago for a math exam, now Im watching it studying for an exam regarding a degree in aerospace....But it still feels like Ive got an algebra exam tomorrow before I have an off where I hit up the nearest burger king with my mates. A very strange but nice nostalgic feeling
Thanks boss. My math teacher basically lectures for the entire 2 hours of class plus it’s a morning class so I’m half awake listening to 6ix9ine to encourage my will to stay alive in the class. So basically what I’m trying to say is that his class is boring af, ur videos on the other hand are not
Mr.Brian McLgan you are as good as my last yr. teacher in math like you explain everything and having no shortcuts and I think it's better for some that ain't good at understanding math topics!, you are great!
thank you for all of your videos. You make so much more sense to me than my prof does. I use your videos to help with exams more than I use my own notes
Happy new year Mr MacLogan. This lesson filled a lot of gaps in my limited knowledge about long divisions on polynomials. What I have learned before this wasn’t enough to solve much. It just made me confused.
Thank u so much for posting this to teach us :DD i was having hard time answering some of the givens in my homework because my teacher didnt discuss it clearly :DDD appreciate it so much..
THANK YOU SO MUCH SIR YOU TAUGHT ME IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES WHAT MY TEACHER DIDN'T TEACH ME IN AN HOUR LONG CLASS. i just did one of my homework problems after watching this video AND I GOT IT CORRECT ALL THANKS TO YOU MAN.
I don't know where you teach but I'd rather use your videos to learn rather than my own teachers. Thank you very much.
