I was told as a child that I was "bad at math" because I had trouble learning new concepts (despite being very good with arithmetic) so I've developed mental blocks which make my brain shut off and my heart-rate spike whenever I see a sheet of paper with numbers on it. Watching these videos and learning in plain terms has helped remind me that I'm *not* "bad at math" and I just need to breathe in and get past my insecurities.
