Regular. You don't need the water bath, hence it's rustic appearance.

Definitely air-cool it before, Technically you can put anything hot in the fridge but will heat the fridge up and other food will spoil and the fridge will eventually needed to be replaced or repaired

Isn't the result the same if the powdered confectioner's sugar is replaced with regular granulated table sugar?

It’s not so much about day and night. Leaving it all night is like 8 hours of chill time. You can probably enjoy this after just 2 or 3 hours in the fridge

How many carbs In a slice
If you divide the whole loaf by 12 slices, its 9g of carbs a slice and 188 calories. I did the math cause im tracking my macros and plan to make this for the holidays. Basically the total for the whole loaf is 2,256 calories, and 109g carbs. So just divide that by how many slices you want to split it into.

The recipe on their website says three eggs, and one egg yolk. Idk hope that helps

This recipe is terrible. Used a scale and weighed everything. Too wet; barely enough sugar at all and no idea what size loaf pan this joker uses but it fills like the bottom 2” of a standard 9x5 loaf pan. You’d have to double or likely triple the recipe by weight to fill a normal pan. Don’t waste your time, there’s a dozen better recipes

To replace eggs in baking use ground flaxseed and hot water. Add the water to the ground flaxseed and mix until it thickens. 1tsp of ground flaxseed and 1tbsp of hot water makes the equivalent of 1 egg.

Ingredients
360g softened cream cheese
70g confectioners’ sugar
10g cornstarch
3 eggs
1 egg yolk
100g heavy cream
Softened the cream cheese. Add in confectioners’ sugar and beat until smooth. Add in cornstarch and beat until smooth. Gradually add in 3 eggs and 1 egg yolk, beat until well combined. Add in heavy cream and mix well.
Preheat the oven to 428℉(220℃). Line the loaf pan with parchment paper, pour in the batter and send into the oven to bake for 28 minutes. Let the cheesecake cool down in room temperature. Set it in the fridge to cool overnight. Slice and serve.
