His set-up includes a 2inch full exhaust system and chambered muffler
We discuss the changes and what effect it had or lack of effect it had on the dyno results and also adjusted the rpm limit as the power band was really nice
here is Episode 1 of the mini-series we did on the rebuild that culminated to this dyno session

Here’s part 1 of this rebuild session, where it all started

Pretty clean setup! Needs a bigger exhaust and I'm sure 130whp can be squeezed out of it. Great video brother
So so true!
I really like your builds!
Oh thaaaanks man real glad you liked this one, it was fun and surprised the 2in small exh actually “tried” hehe
sickkk 🔥 he has one of my BT datalogger modules installed as well 💯
oh niceeeeeee that is why he can monitor stuff easily !
Hi Sir! So on a stock d15b/ph16a, is it recommended to use a 2.5in exhaust?
Interesting question… this is a “stock” block d15 Lxi counterpart sha kase side dipstick and p2c piston. But with p08 head and skunk2 intake and 2.5 seems to be better
Years ago my hatch with a stock block ph15 nonvtec always ran 2.5in and power went from 121 to 127 to 129 and finally 133whp
If I was to choose for you? Il choose 2.5in
most kase saten porket sohc daw 2in na? Maybe that’s also why I always got 14-15km/liter consumption hmmm
@@SRDmotorsports is that 2.5'' inside diameter or outside diameter just curious ...
@@Rodman8500 I think usually for ss it’s “inside” I can double check later I got some spare scraps here
I hear a lotta guys run 2.25 id on their d15s and mini mes
Yep anything over 2in but unless they’ve shown on the dyno that a d16 works well with 2.25 vs a b16 with 2.5in? I’d still prefer 2.5 as I always ran 2.5 even in my sohc days made decent power and pulled a 15.4km/liter that’s over 38MPG
yeeeee
😎
Ganda
yup 😎
Set up is begging for a sl@sh-spec header 👍🏾
I knew u would say that! hence I’d always suggest change pipings first (cuz one day we would have the header) haha
