im so glad to see kyle here more and more. its a huge difference compared to couple of years ago. well done man, keep at it!!! you went thru it all and survive. great job kyle!
@@ffwast It was hard to find a secondhand gpu that would fit my ncase m1 since so few models fit with the trend of GPU sizes. I see why they discontinued it and made a whole new product..
Very impressive how a bit of undervolting made this a very usable gaming computer. You should try to get a watercooled 4080 in there with a MO-RA3 using quick disconnects.
I literally just built a 7800x3D / 4080 Super into a Loque Raw S1 case this week and undervolted both to similar effects. It's quiet, relatively cool and the 1440 performance is stellar with not terrible power draw. Glad to see you on the SFF train Kyle!
This is the type of video is why I have been following Kyle for all these years. Brightens my day. Not even here for the build just him in his elements. I hope he finds this rewarding and keeps doing what he does the best.
The one handed caffeine infused, lyle in the background watching you, builds are always nuts. They also always, always make me think "Kyle, have you heard of a head mounted Go Pro my guy?" Oh man.
SFF PC's are really great. after having an matx tower for the past years i jumped the sff train last 2022 and have never been more content with what i have. sometimes bigger isn't always better
I love the happy Kyle energy... keep it up, man! Super Special is also a great listen that gets me through Thursday afternoons! I also love passing the golden finger through the slot.
holy crap ive never seen the power of undervolting so clearly explained/shown....dropping 20c, a ton of power from the wall, and lowering fan noise while keeping the same, if not better frames.....wow! now i have to undervolt my rig
Found this case on ali express 6 months ago and build almost the same system as here. Same ram, but i chose a 5700x, an X570 I AORUS PRO WIFI, a Palit rtx 4060 TI, a WD black sn850 1 tb, and a samsung 990 pro 2tb for the games. Had to fine tune it here, but all in all it run silent in windows and fairly quiet in games. And the damned thing fits in my backpack 😁. Wanna try some crazier idears when i find the money for it, but for now I'm a pretty happy camper.
That was an extremely manic video in which I mainly learned that the adventure begins not at the build stage, but at the click of the buy button. Wonderful little bit of kit! 😎🤟
I normally watch most videos on 2x speed, but I can tell when someone has ADHD because I always have to slow it back down to 1.25x LOL. Watching you at 2x speed is too much even for my autistic brain
You can go even smaller by choosing a half height GPU, like the 4060 LP or the expensive RTX4000 ADA SFF. the PC might be a bit taller but it would be only half as thick.
Man, I love it when you build a pc with one hand and trash talk all day with a bits of pieces of singing. This is what makes you unique among 100s of channels and this is what I like the most about your videos. I wish I could build a new pc but since I'm jobless for last 4 years, I gotta wait. 😝
So good to hear Kyle happy again. Actually looking at the AsRock 550M-ITX for a DIY NAS build with a low power CPU either 5600/5700 or 5650G whatever I can find cheapest, gonna be more of a test/first time DIY NAS in addition to my turn key NAS that I don't wanna be playing around with as it has to always be up, so that video editing clients can send me files.
2:08 you are pointing at the wrong check box, the colours are above that one, and the middle check box -the one ticked- is silver/grey. White is to the right of it. "白色-bai se" = white.
Maaan you got energy enough for more than the both of us. I don't need coffee after watching this haha. That CPU setting is interesting! I am using the same cpu on a full build and getting 89C on 1080p. But too toasty for my liking. I might try it. Thanks!
I have almost the same build, with a similar case, just a clone from another brand. Temperatures are fine, in hot season I’ve noticed some higher temps, for that reason I decided to 3d print a top hat which support 2 additional 92mm slim fans, they do a pretty good job at keeping the temps lower. The only downside of this tiny build? You really need to keep it clean or you will deal with high temps resulting in obnoxious fan noise.
This was like watching a cat on a combo of speed and cocaine doing butt chugs of monster build a tiny pc EDIT: I just want to clarify that I didn't hate it...it's basically like watching a visual representation of how my inner monologue goes.
dude kyle! this is awesome! im kinda leaning on SFF Build now because of being a dialysis patient its hard for me to carry heavy stuff. I would definitely consider this one! Thanks! hopefully I have the budget for it though! lol! take care bro! 😎👍
Before undervolting i would actually have tried to remove the side panels as they seems very restrictive and it would be intresting to know how much it affects the temps. Great build btw 🔥
Thanks for the video, I liked seeing the undervolt part. To each their own, that's why I love building PCs, everyone can make the pc they love. I align with Gordon Ung, the cost increase, heat incresase, noise increase, and performance limitations just don't connect with me.
I have built MANY of these. Ultra-SFF builds often live in the 75-80c unless you are CRAZY and do custom water... somehow... (See NFC systems). But 80c under FULL stock boost clocks? Is honestly not bad. Undervolting is also MORE common in this form factor. If you need the system to be cooler and quieter, undervolting is "the way" EXCELLENT video. This is why the SFF community is a TON of fun. MORE tiny builds PLEASE! Try the minis forum 770i/AR900i ITX in a build!
Also I think your parts choice for this is great value. I have a similar 5600x & 3060 ti build in basically the exact formfactor (Sandwich layout 3.9-4.1 liter case)
Nice little build, cool video, liked the undervolting part, happy Kyle = 👍 Cheers man!

2:09 银色 (Silver) is the color that is checked on the box. Pretty funny that somebody messed that that up.
I've done 20 or so SFF builds for myself over time and am now doing my first mid size ATX build.
With the cooling requirements of parts nowadays you practically have to. A gpu cooler can easily bring an itx build back up to matx size.

I for a minute could hear Lyle trying to escape.
I do miss Lyle =)
High-energy, goofy Kyle is a mood I needed today.
The unhinged energy here is just incredible.
it feels like he overclocked himself rather than the pc

I have been looking at this case, very happy that you did a demo on it. Build looks amazing. "Making Different than what I ordered", that was perfect!
Kyle's ability to flow out so many jokes per second is astonishing, I laughed throughout the entire build, man I missed his videos ! Keep it up bud !
