141 days clean and keep going, have been trying to quit for just a bit over 2 years. Feeling like a different person who can now use projected voice when needed, who has a natural sense of humor in almost any social setting, and who has significantly improved productivity at work and starting to take the lead on a project. I realized that I have hindered my potential over the past 8 years until the time I decided to quit PMO.

i did a 68 day streak i remember i had an appointment at the embassy. for countries that are not rich, getting a visa for usa is a such big accomplishment. when i was on no fap i used to feel so much anxiety and before the day i couldnt sleep comfortable at all when i had to do something tomorrow. I swear to GOD (i am a practicant believer) the day before i didnt care at all. i slept so good and couldnt get up from the bed. i went there with no negative emotions and was so confident with my self and they gave me the visa in the interview. i also have suffered form social anxiety and it looked like it went away.

Its good to cut out stuff like nicotine, caffeine, drugs, alcohol, and sugar as certain inputs in our bodies can trigger anxiety, along with intense internet usage like politics, extreme sports, social media, and other highly stimulating media. Its good to take a long break from anything highly stimulating for awhile while the brain heals. Trust me when I say I can even take something from my own advice, as I still struggle with all of the above.
Day 53 NoFap Hard Mode ! Today was a low dopamine day. Last days were great, but today started really low and depression started kicking in. After that massive urges started attacking me. Managed to surf and stop the urges and for now feeling okay, not bad or good just okay. Hope I start feeling better again. Stay Hard 💪💪

Don't worry about that. Look at the big picture, like fore example how many relapses in one year. You are doing VERY well, and these last two relapses have NOT at all destroyed all your progress. Just keep going, hold your head held high and keep walking the path...

It actually is a good sign. The sensitization has become weaker, giving you less spikes of urges. Just be careful now not to "test" several times because it is possible to wake up the sleeping sensitized pathways again.
