Much respect to all of them. They have a great skill. The blind man is especially skilled to be able to do that while being blind. There were quite a few food items I didn’t recognize. Anyone care to name all the items besides the onion, tomato, eggplant, potato, pepper & lettuce???

One of the first things I was shown when I first started working as a cook was professional knife skills with your eyes closed. Sort of a parlor trick. But it's actually really easy if you have proper technique, and you don't need to see what you can feel. But I guess if I didn't know that it would seem pretty amazing. The speed and precision some of these guys have I find pretty impressive.
Isn't that the point of the video, good technique? And no don't think anyone can just be good at it. You probably struggled at first.
