I am a 57yr old mom (strange but true) of a 10th grader and I was thrown into home schooling this year. I absolutely love love love the way you explain things so simply that even I can understand it and help my daughter. I must admit that I hated chemistry back when I was in school but I love.....well, at least I like it now, thanks to your clear and concise teaching.
if i was your daughter i would tell dad

college?? im learning this in grade 10 🫠
@@rias554 okay well yeah you can learn this in a 10th grade class, but you probably go through the content way slower than what happens in college. for example you might do only ionic and covalent bonding for like 1 or 2 days but in a college class we go through a whole chapter in 1 day . for example , Chapter 25 (BONDING RELATIONSHIPS):
Ionic vs. covalent bonding
Lattice enthalpy
Bond length
Electronegativity
Polar covalent bonds
Ionic character of bonds
All of these topics are done in 1 day
This guy is so good at teaching I eat my meal while watching this.

MEEE AAHHAH!
Lol mine is crazy smart for us
I have learned absolutely nothing in the last three years of highschool, but science and math have always fascinated me. Thanks for making these videos so that I can pursue it outside of a school setting
I'm sure you've moved on from high school now.. but I wanted to come in here and say that math also fascinates me. My teachers somewhat failed to make it interesting and so I've always had the mentality that its "just not for me" or "im not good at it".. but it's so eye opening to see how much I enjoy math and science when I'm actually taught well and understand it.
Most of the times when I want to watch your videos, first of all, I click on 'like' before clicking on play button. You know why? because I know it's going to be nice and helpful.

My professor doesn't teach me crap & this guy teaches me more in 12 minutes than in a whole semester with me professor, so why isnt my money going to this guy 🤔
So, stop schooling yourself.
The essence of school isn't all about getting smart, but it is about developing your character, building your life, and shaping yourself, which can be benefical in your entire life
Why are u even trying to educate me on life bro

It isn't your money, its your parents stop complaining.
this is my alternative in learning right now. because of the pandemic, we used modular classes, basically self study with no discussion. today is my 1st day of class, all we did the whole day is scrambling around the net to look for answers and pass it barely in time. after class, i studied right away just to understand the activities and quizzes i took today. it sucks and i want to drop out right away. #AcademicFreezeNow
Dude are we in the same school? I've been stuck in modular learning as well and the professor doesn't even give us feedback. The class average for our big test last week was 62% (I got 76%) good luck with your class!
i can relate to this comment, im in ninth grade and our topic rn is Chemistry and its killing me, i have no one to discuss the topic which is hella hard. RUclips is like my teacher during this pandemic because we have modules instead of having virtual meetings/discussions. Goodluck to us!
It's worse, i have to memorize my notes and the next day is new topic new notes, new topic, new notes in a cycle literally in ap chem and algebra 2 and it's just turning me off
@@sethgabrielle5505 Goodness, I remember being in your age. Life was challenging and even though Chemistry could be really fun, understanding it and developing mastery really takes so much of "brain space." I remember us breaking down compounds and I would break down first before I'd master that topic haha. Take deep breaths and set your momentum! These times are hard and you have already overcame a lot. Trust that your strength is being developed to be sustained for later.
@@cupcake7534 thank u. i am now in 10th grade, so far its alr. Glad i passed 9th grade chemistry tho.

In all his video in science and mathematics, he seems to be exceeding clear and precise in his explanation to understand all concepts in just 10 -20mins.
He needs to be awarded the Noble Prize for all his tremendous work which save many global societies.
Haven't been introduced to electronegativity, and seeingthe first set of problems threw me. In turn, I went and got myself another periodic table with (slighly different) electronegativity values, set to work, and nailed the second set of problems.
Thank you from England. Great video :D
Thank you soooo much. I have an exam this morning and I feel like Ive been explained this concept multiple times, but NOW I get it.
