Hey how did you get commercial use for quixel bridge? I really want to use some of their assets in a blender animation but I can't find anything saying on how I can do it, and I don't want to test my luck and get into trouble without the right licenses. Would be a huge help if you did tell and thanks a lot!
Hey Max, I’d really like to know how you organize all your files, add-ons, asset browser, etc., on your computer? Like with file paths and everything. Would it be possible? :)
Hey yo Max i still gotta check with what quixel / ue allows as im not quite sure on what the licences will allow but if u look at my recent videos you will see that im making a pack for myself of different ground materials with blender asset browser integration so it comes with all the geomtry already displaced and with 3 sets of LOD. Anywsy im saying this cause hopefully i can give these away for free for everyone including you. Im just not quite sure on the asset licenses as i am using quixel megascans surfaces as my base layers and mixing them all to get some cool cinematic results. Anyway if the licenses allow me to then ill forsure send them your way as you are a youtuber that has helped me and alot of people out. Plus you came from vancouver which is where i grew up so i feel like i would be helping a neighbor lol
Hey Max, Silly question... But how do I set up the world to not load black? I have seen on your previous videos that when you work on your project the world color is a light blue (almost like a sky texture). Thank you!
There was a guy on reddit who created an addon that fixed it but the post is now deleted... There was some weird step with the installation and I don't remember exactly what it was. Yeah... Super unfortunate but hopefully with FAB it gets fixed finally

How does this whole FAB thing with EPIC affect you? What are you doing to continue to use this workflow?
I already pay for megascans so I'm not really worried about it. Looking forward to it even because hopefully they fix their blender addon finally

Hey I thought you couldn't export quixel bridge assets in Blender 4.2 with textures is there an addon or something now to fix that?
