    I arrived at the same conclusion about kolmi after i got the lukki, rat and fungal head perk mutations on my character. Felt like an eldrich being casting spells- it was a logical conclusion

    I always thought of Kolmisilmä as an artificial entity, possibly a deliberate modification of a Lukki (or even Hämis?) by the alchemists in order to get what they need to complete The Work - that's why Kolmi is near the area in the game referred to as the Laboratory, and why he has the Sampo directly under him - he was being used to create it. The monolith thing behind him seems intentionally designed as some sort of magitechnical construct that connects to Kolmi, perhaps to transfer his power into the Sampo. My guess is that Kolmi killed whoever created him after the Sampo was formed and now he guards it due to having a magical connection to it.
    That would also somewhat explain why there are different versions of Kolmi - a corpse version made by necromancy in the pyramid, a robot version made using technology in the power plant, a meat version in the meat realm. These other versions were failed attempts at making a Kolmi by various different techniques that resulted in incomplete versions, or perhaps were used to make components that all went towards the final Kolmi.

      I wonder where Master of Masters would tie into this, if it does?

      @@PTSD_Guts Good question. My current guess is that he's the leader of the mages sub-faction of the magic faction (considering that he can summon random mages when in combat), with the other sub-faction being the alchemists led by the High Alchemist. Probably the whole magic faction worked together on Kolmi but then split up after his rebellion and scattered. Master of Masters does seem to have corrupted his body via alchemy (or magic) given his weird head and the random tentacles that start firing off after he takes too much damage. Maybe the Gate Guardian boss was made to keep Kolmi and his little tadpole minion creatures out? Or maybe it was already there just protect the entrance to the Wizards' Den to begin with.

    In theory can you turn something with fungal shift into meat of polymorph mage?

      Nope. The poly meat is not a powder, so it can't be flasked or put into a pouch or obtained in any other way.

    • @FurySquared
      @FurySquared  12 дней назад +1

      Not anymore. They drop the wands when they despawn.
