I’m doing everything, dinner before seven , eating less carbs, eating protein on top of that exercising 5 days at least 1 hour everyday. I’m 77 yrs old , lately my belly has gone bigger than before. I don’t know what else to do
Mam maine last three months se any kind of Sugar( meetha) band kr rakha hai, No fried. Is se pehle meetha & fried khoob khata tha. I have lost 10 kg in these 3 months but no effect on tummy & the total fat is on tummy rest body is slim, please guide🙏

Khana immediate fat cut karne ke liye chhodo ja sakta hai. Par hamesha aap aise nhi kar sakte. Aap chini kya- namak khana band karo 7 days dekho kaise udta hai motapa par fir jab bimar padoge to hosh thikane aayega. Khana chhod ke nhi yoga karke patle ho. Yoga se sari bimari bhi thik ho jayegi.
Sirf sara kuchh Khana chhod dene se to or bimari aayegi. Aap you tube par Guruji Ramdev Baba ji ka live yoga dekhkar unke sath sath karo daily yoga ka live aata hai Guruji ka 2:30 ghante ka yoga hai, aap jitna kar paye karo. Jitni bimariyan hain sab gayab ho jayengi. Or parhen jo kar sakta hai kare agar nhi karega to bhi koi fark nahi padega, kuchh bhi khao bas har roj din ke kabhi bhi 1 se 2 ghante nikalo yoga karo.
