Prayers for my hair to grow back after chemo God's will amen 🙏
Once u hv committed ur hair to God, He will grow it better n healthier than u can imagine dear... check Priscilla Shirer's video on her natural hair journey
I work in oncology. Drink smoothies that includes large handfuls of kale or spinach, with 1 cup of frozen blue berries or mixed berries, (great value), large banana (medium ripe ones makes drink sweeter), with 16 ounces of cold water. I use the Crystal Geyser Spring Water. I drank 1-2 a day, and my hair grew so fast. Also, either quit or reduce red meat altogether. Also, green juice is the best also. Blend large amount of spinach or kale, med-large cucumber, sweet apple, parsley with 16 oz of cold water. You can strain it or drink it as is. Finally, an oncologist stated the most powerful combination on the planet is the ABC drink. Blend Apple, beets, carrots with 16 oz of cold water or you can use a juice extractor. If you drink these consistently, your skin is going to glow and your hair is going to grow like a weed. Google the benefits of all of these drinks. These have also been show to cure cancer. Primarily focus on chlophyllic foods, and good proteins such as grilled or baked chicken, and salmon. The Mediterranean Diet wins every yeat as the healthiest way to live. Please keep me posted. God bless you!
U gonna be alright

Yeah
My hair is almost always in twist or braids. Thanks for a great video Charity. I love your hair. It’s so healthy!!!!
The thickness is soo real. Thanks for sharing this! Keep up the good work.
Thank you 😊 🙏.
All this time, I struggled to get recipes and overdo things. But now I know, it's God, my patience, my love and my care that grows my hair.
Thank you, ma❤
I get blow outs. But when I don't, I part my hair in the middle and put my hair in 2 flat 2 strand twists. I brush my hair every morning and evening to redistribute my natural oils then twist it back down. My hair gets very stretched and stays moisturized this way. The brushing also keeps the oil from building up and making my scalp itchy, something I've dealt with my entire life. Putting products on my scalp just make it worse so I prefer brushing with no products. Note: after a clarifying shampoo it can sometimes take a couple days for my scalp to produce enough oil to reach the ends, but most of the time I have no issue with this. I do not use hair styling products if I can help it and stick to styles that don't require them. If I need my edges to lay, I use water, a little tension, and a scarf. Or I wear a thin headband that day if my edges are being stubborn.
Part the hair when brushing to minimize the pull and to make sure every section of hair gets attention. The thicker the hair, the more parts are needed and vice versa.
Also it is good to never brush all the way down from root to end. Brush part way down, stop, and then brush the rest of the way down. This alleviates some of the tension so that so less force is applied at the end of the brush stroke.
I love how thick, rich and healthy her hair is, like!!!!! 😍😍😍🔥🔥🔥🔥
I love your hair, it’s thick and you really take care of it well, naturally!!! Great job!
Thank you for sharing. It's winter here in South Africa and I know I need all the tips on protecting my hair.

I use the African thread method it works wonders
What's the best threading material?
Your hair is so beautiful. Love the texture
One of the best videos for high shrinkage packed tight curls!
your hair is so beautiful. 🥺🥺💗
love that you talk and do your hair at the same time
Like you, I use no heat on my hair what's so ever 👌🏾After washing my hair, because mine is at its weakest when when damp and transitioning to dry, I moisturise and twist to prevent breakage. Two days later, I moisturise again, plait the roots then twist the remainder of the braid, again, to prevent breakage of the oldest length of hair. I feel this method of care suits my fine textured shoulder length greying hair and has drastically reduced my breakage. Keep up the good work, your hair is beautiful ❤️
This is a really good explanation. I cldnt imagine not blowing my hair after washing so i will try this method. Also, the braid first, twist the rest method really helps too. Anytime i twist alone they always unravel and i often use an elastic band first which is not the best. Ill try this. Thx for info.
Thank you my sister in Christ for the encouragement of doing protective styling more, I've been doing more up do's and it's really been a blessing and much easier for me ..Many blessings to you and your family
Your hair is on another level of awesome
Your hair is so luscious and beautiful 😍 thanks for all the tips!
Wow,you really have nice method of keeping your natural hair,I love it
I'd love to see the full length of your hair like when it's combed, I'd love to see the volume and I think am not the only one, gosh your hair goals😍🔥🔥
😃 funny thing is I would love to see that too! I haven’t seen my hair like that in a long time!
beautiful hair, I love the way you explain to us, thanks for sharing
Your hair is so GORGEOUS.
I twist the majority of the time. Very sparingly, I use heat. 🤭 My length is such that I can 'criss cross' and pin my twists in place for a little stretch.
Thanks for the recipe, your hair looks lovely I wish mine could be longer like that
Beautiful hair! Great method, I've been using it for years.
I have 4c shrinking hair ...I never knew stretching my hair was so important.... No wonder it stared breaking off bad 2 years ago....
Your hair is healthy and looking good..love it ❤
Mommy & Daddy blessed you with a beautiful crown 👑 of hair 🙏❤love it!!
Hair SKRONG!!!! And I'm loving it.
I dont use heat but, after washing & conditioning I spray my hair with a moisture mix (rosemary leaves, fenugreek & moringa seeds with aloe juice) comb thru, add some drops of oil on the scalp and my ends. I will detangle and brush hair into a ponytail and 2 strand the hair. For stretch I will place a hair clip at the end of the ponytail for weight, place a scarf on my head (leaving the tail out) and airdry. when the hair is dry, I wind the ponytail into a bun.
0:25 your hair looks sooo soft and healthy
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL hair ❤️💯
Wow your hair looks lovely and I love how it bounces and the length😍😍😍😍😍😍😍!!!
I mostly use 6 braids to stretch my hair, take them out after 3 days and divide each section into two to have 12 sections in total.
It helps stretch my hair better than twists.
I also use heat occasionally, 5_6 times yearly.
Your hair is beautiful and I love the volume 💯👌. I will stay here!
Thank you 😊. You’re welcome here!
I've not seen hair healthy before.Your hair is beautiful
You are so humble and selfless,I become happy whenever I watch your videos.God bless u 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

@@MrsCharityUmar you are welcome. God Bless you 😄
Lovely Hair!!! I typically african thread my hair but today my curiosity got the better of me and I used the blower on low heat (comb attachment). Hair was not freshly washed at all. I just misted each braid individually and gently ran the blow comb thru my hair. I was in 😲!!! MY HAIR has thickened up SO MUCH! Last time I used the blow dryer was probably in February And that has always been low heat tension-method. Can't wait til my 3 year big chop anniversary in March 2023 to see my afro obstructing views!!! For now I wear my 4 braids pinned up and my wigs daily (no glue none of that mess).
😊 good to that you’re hair is flourishing!
Thank you for sharing. I appreciate the information. I currently use twists. I'm going to give braids a try
Your hair is beautiful

Shalom beloved..I've been praying tmhg how to care for my long thick hair 😩..l bern keeping my hair in braids wirh ends tucked in. Bern looking at threading..would yu believed I finally threaded my hair today using chebe powder thats mixed in with hair butter(i even added sone dax hair grease)..lightly thread not tight. Ill leave it in for 2 weeks, wash and re thread..I find that the thicker the grease the better my hair loves it as a sealant. Thsnk yu..tmhg is healing . M7ch respect 🙌
I love "Curls love themselves." ❤❤
#AllFacts💯 My hair is shoulder length, but that *SnapBack Puff Up* is not joke😂🥰
I love this. I started stretching my hair as it has gotten longer because I noticed wash n go and leaving it curly was causing breakage. I really want length retention too.
Your hair is so beautiful and longggg 😍 Thank you for all the tips and tricks! Can't wait to try on my daughter's hair.
Thank you I do my hair natural now no heat at all like to learn about more natural products for hair
Seu cabelo é longo , você cuida muito bem dele , parabéns por nos dar um ótimo assunto para se motivar ❤️ Eu sou Aline do Brasil 🇧🇷
I have done twists braids and African threading. The African threading and braids worked best for me but your right be carful how tightly you are threading.
Great info. Thanks for sharing.
Very great tips. Thanks for sharing
I have 4C hair as well. But I use heat at least every 3 months. It don't break my hair because my hair in already in a healthy state. The heat is applied during my hot oil treatments...especially does justice during through winter time when my hair is dryer due to climate change.
I agree with no blow dry, just air dry would be good...but no heat at all...it depends.
My hair is thick like this. I just need to follow all of your tips to get the length. 😊
This is the best healthy hair i have seen in my life.
can I have your number, I am sooo excited to speak with you
I usually put my hair in twist. I don't use heating on my hair also. I love my hair in it's natural form.
Your hair is beautiful

You have beautiful natural hair 😍 ✨️
Hi Sis Happy Wednesday, I would usually braid my hair until it dries. I do blow dry but I do it on cool or warm . Due to sinus issues I cannot keep my hair wet to long unfortunately
Your hair is fabulous thick.😍
Your hair is beautiful! Thanks for sharing the tips on the video. I did the big chop last year. How do I do your regime with short hair? It's more like an afro now.
I always keep my hair in twists, wash and wear. I never use heat and water my hair every morning and use some light oil and then put twists in one elastic and stretch using many elastics.
Thanks for sharing it's winter here in Botswanan
Beautiful hair💕
Am planning to try african threading never done it but want to try
Beautiful hair 💈 💝
Lovely healthy hair love it
Thank you for the video, for me i stretch my hair with African thread
Im here being envious of that length 😍
You have beautiful hair!
I used to stretch using twists or braids but hit a plateau. I started using the revair and my hair has finally started to thicken up and grow much better. It’s not much heat and it dries hair straight which helps prevent knots for me.
I've started stretching with a revair as well. I had to after my last wash day battle yesterday. It's 4a medium density very beautiful coils when in wash and go. But very susceptible for tangles. Every time I try washing without being in twist a nightmare occurs. As well as I tried once again to finger detangle only and when I didn't detangle before this washday and not in twist it was not a good day. My hair was broken.I felt so bad it's I was in tears. It's bra strap length stretched. I'm seriously considering locs at this point. But what are you using if you don't mind me asking when you revair and afterwards on your twist. I use all innersense organic products. I just brought their serinity smoothing cream to blow out. But if I'm to move forward I know I will need to stretch my hair to keep it healthy and mend my damage from yesterday.
I'm stretching with Revair now too. I only use a tension of 4 with high heat and thinking of switching to low heat. All I need is the gentle stretch, not for my hair to actually be fully dry. It gets 95% dry in just 15 minutes and I don't even have to run a comb through it after conditioner detangling. I think this will prove to be the gentlest treatment of my hair.
Love your video can you do an update leant check Thnk you 👍
Oh I love your hair
Thanks for the tips
I really enjoyed your video and yes ma'am your hair is gorgeous. I'm in a place right now length and fine strands has made me see it will be my best interest to stretch here on out. I'm dealing with beautiful lil coils tangling if I wash not in twist. I attempt finger detangling only but when I didn't this wash day and I didn't wash in twist it was a nightmare 😭. I'm seriously considering locs from my bra strap length after yesterday wash day. I saw you hold the cream up you used on you stretched hair before twisting but I didn't catch what exactly kind of brand it was. Will you please share. I know I have damage to mend and adjustment to make if I'm going to remain a loose natural. Fine strands & 4a, long length gotta treat it right or you won't keep it on your head.
I'm commenting from Pearl Lagoon Nicaragua, I love your videos and your hair is beautiful ❤️ what kind of hair butter you use in to your hair?
I keep my daughter's hair and my hair in small braids and we use Nu'bien Tribal Tubes (NTTs) to keep the braids looking Neat & Fresh during the 4 to 4 1/2 months that we leave them in. I agree with everything you said in this video, we do the same thing with our hair, the only difference is that our braids are a bit smaller than yours and we are able to retain a lot of growth by limiting the manipulation.
How's your hair this beautiful? 😍 Omg.
I’m literally just finding out today I needed to use a leave in conditioner. I’ve been natural forever but was always cutting my ends twice a week. Every time I would plant my hair I would have to cut the ends. I don’t use any heat. So… hopefully after I shampoo my hair. I’ll use a leave in conditioner and some clove and fenugreek butter. I was washing and conditioning… leaving my hair damn for the chebe with shea butter. I would two strand it… cut my ends… two days later… ends need cut again because they’ve gotten thin… I’m waiting on some leave in conditioner to be shipped. I really hope the leave in conditioner was the issue I was having. I am so tired of cutting my ends every other day…
Happy Wednesday ladies!
Thank you for watching today’s video.
➡️Do you wear your natural hair in stretched styles? If so, what method do you use? Share with us below ⬇️!

Beautiful hair 😍
I did threading once in my hair and it was so gorge for 2 days then omg the tangling that followed ... I've never experienced anything like that. Felt like my hair was glued together. Never again.
I feel the rubber Africa thread is better than the normal cotton type. It is slippery on the hair. Thanks for the video.
Good point! 🤔
HAIR GOALS IM SORRY IM NEW SUBSCRIBER BUT NOW IM JEALOUS!!!😩😩😩❤️❤️❤️
You’re very welcome to my channel 😊.
Beautiful, Hair thank the Lord. Please what are u using in the containers? I was trying to see the name. Thank u so much.
I do this. My mom used to wash and condition my hair and do it and I’ve been doing it since I took over. But in times where I haven’t, I have regretted it.
I use a combination of rose Mary oil and rose oil and leave in conditioners or butter and plait the hair about three days or a week I see new growth and do the same style over gain
Girl I love it
Wow! Your hair beautiful & health. How long have you been growing?
I have super high shrinkage, tight coils and high density. I've been experimenting with WnG, and I really think I'm seeing less breakage than when I stretched it. I know hair is so individual there is no one size fits all routine. But I WnG, seal with hair grease and then for daily upkeep I moisturize (either steam from the shower or a quick spritz of water) and fluff with a light oil on my fingers. It's too soon to say for sure if this is working, but again I'm seeing less breakage so I'm hopeful. When I do stretch, I prefer braids (I actually get more tangles if I twist. . .dunno why). But I can't braid well enough to have a cute style while it stretches which is why I've been experimenting with the WnG. So far so good.
Yes this is only for afro hair i guess. Because i have tight curly hair too. And that means i have to brush my curls out every night which will cause split ends😂
I did the same sometimes especially when am going to wash my hair or going to bed
Beautiful hair😍😍😍😍
So I’m glad I found this my question has been answered I asked if this was the way to do it on a different channel and they never responded something told me me to keep my hair stretched my hair was so much longer and now it just breaks and it does dry out I think I need to keep it combed out a while
My God you have beautiful hair😍😍😍
Beautiful head of hair
