Plain ones are good for sweet cream cheeses like blueberry, strawberry, cinnamon etc. But I do prefer a savory bagel toasted with lots of cream cheese, yuuum.

This looked so delicious
The 'fan' on the BAKE selection on the oven means convection oven. You always lower your temp by 25 degrees if you use convection setting bake. So if the recipe calls for it to bake at 425 ....you put it on 400 convection. Its not just a fan. It means its convection.
