Met Adam back in 2022 When i had a medical emergency from a food reaction and stroke he and and lady medic they both saved my life always thankful for Adam he is a true hero.

What is so sad is that these Dakota County judges are absolutely inept in handling domestic abuse cases. I would like to know who the judge is that ordered shared custody with his history of potential violence.
The Dakota county judges are really trash. I'm unsurprised this is a result of their decision making.

This tragedy just shows there is no amount of laws that will save us from these monsters. If they are hell bent on harm they will find a way. If they aren't safe to be in society with a gun then they aren't safe to be in society.

She should be charged. It's time for accountability and personal responsibility. I am tired of excuses. Three of our bravest were stripped of their lives. We demand any adult involved with the gunman who knew he had guns but kept it quiet be charged in the death of two police officers and a firefighter.

I think the current girlfriend was the 911 caller. The mother of 3 of his children doesn't live in the house. Hard to get a clear picture with the news report. But let's not have babies with someone who has a criminal record to begin with.

I really hope the Judge who allowed this man mutual custody looks into both parents background before allowing custody in the future. It’s obvious this man was unstable and a threat not only to his family but law enforcement. It was a very traumatic situation for all those children and now the families of 3 are suffering from their loss because of this man. My Condolences and Prayers are with the Families and their Departments.
She may have lost that battle in the courtroom, but she could have done the right thing and report him for the illegal weapons. Instant custody loss. Case closed.

I think from now on… all first responders going to homes on domestic violence calls and such; should just automatically assume and treat the situation as if those inside homes with DV issues are armed and or are willing to do the worst. Don’t even go to the door… make all parties exit homes, or smoke them out! It’s getting to the point where it seems like the swat team approach would be best.

Thanks for a somewhat decent report on this tragedy that should not have happened. You could tell that this person was no good and full of evil by the few photos you showed of him and his actions prove it and the mother knew it, she ain't much better than him.

Everyone should arm themselves and protect themselves from the evils of this world.
So someone had weapons who wasn’t lawfully allowed to possess them. I’m sure the authorities know how to rectify that, they will pass more laws that restrict access to weapons by people who are fully allowed to obtain and possess them. . That will show the law abiding citizens they mean business and keep guns away from criminals.

It's time for America to rethink the 2nd Amendment. The right to bear arms was ratified in 1791- that was a very long time ago and in a very different United States.
