Hi David. Good video. One thing i was hoping you would cover would be if there was an option to change the name of a camera in the leica fotos app if you have multiple sl2-s cameras. I cant find a way to do this. Right now I see two exact cameras in my fotos app. would be nice to be able to change name so it's easier to choose the correct camera to connect thank you
Hi David I wonder if you can help me I have the M10-D I used to format the SD card via the app ,but that option is no longer on the Fotos app , any idea how I can format the card now as I don't have a computer and do everything through my phone Best regards Mark
Hello! I’m using the app with the TL2 and having an issue where when I try to download a photo, it just always drops. It never seems to want to download the picture from the camera to the phone app. Any suggestions to try? The firmware and app are both up to date.
Leica Fotos App is so bad in terms of connection and the speed of transfer, i decided to use the adapter from sdcard to iphone instead, i talked to Leica once i was told "you have thousands of pictures in sdcard" that's why it is so slow to connect and transfer :D :D :D, yes i have the latest 2.1.1 and Leica M latest firmware. To be honest my Ricoh GR3 has the best connection and transfer speed, far better than latest Fuji-XT3, Leica is best in lenses design and manufacturing but sorry not electronic and software engineering.

to relaunch the APP and I right in saying you have to link up to the cameras Wi-Fi FIRST? You then open the app?

This is most terrible and worst mobile app i ever used. I owned leica camers and I always have hard time to connect to this app with my leica cameras.
Me too ..it says "something prevented application from connecting.. etc " and we don't have an alternative
i prefer using a "lighting fast" lighting card reader to import images to my iphone...
Coming from a Sony Camera i can only say. This Leica App is great 😅
