How To Bake Your Own Communion Bread

RECIPE
5 ½ cup fine ground flour (preferable whole wheat flour)
1 tsp teaspoon salt
12 tbsp cold water
1 ½ cups of olive or vegetable oil
FOR HOUSEHOLDS SEE DETAILS BELOW

¼ teaspoon salt
2 table spoons cold water
¼ cup of olive or vegetable oil
Sift the flour
Pour the water into the oil but do not stir add the dry ingredients and mix the dough with a fork until all the flour is damped.
Roll out all between two sheets of waxed paper to the thickness of the pie pastries placed on an ungreased floured baking sheet and mark off with a sharp knife into bite sized squares, being careful to pick each square to prevent blistering while baking.
Bake 450 0 F for 10 minutes. Watch carefully during the last five minutes so that the bread will not burn.
