  • Ellen and I tour an 89-foot Ocean Alexander Model 27R yacht, during my exhibit days at the San Diego International Boat Show (SDIBS). I was an exhibitor at the show with my business partner, Daytripper Bikes of Carlsbad. We were showing and demonstrating several different ebikes, including a yacht-owner's fave, the lightweight, foldable, and corrosion-resistant Gocycle G4i commuter ebike (see my other SDIBS video: • Daytripper Bikes & cyc... ). The show was fun and well-attended. For information about the Gocycle G4i or any of our other ebikes, send an email to cycles.unplugged.inc@gmail.com or alan@akbmarine.com.
During the quieter show days, I try to make time to scope out one of the more interesting, high-end yachts or other attractions on display at the show, to provide my subscribers with a glimpse of the really good life that most of us can only dream about. (For now, I have my ebikes, lol!)
I'm not an expert on yachts or boats or even dinghies for sure (and some viewers of this video are making sure I'm reminded of that fact in the comments, lol!), but nevertheless, this Ocean Alexander 27R was gorgeous. Please like my video if you do enjoy my short tour. Thanks! 😀 ❤️

Many thanks! I missed key parts though--the outside bow and the crew quarters--certainly interesting things to see based on other 27R tours I've watched on RUclips.

@ray: I welcome any constructive criticism on ways for me to improve. I admit I'm a beginner. I've been studying a lot of pro videos with the goal of getting better and having a broader appeal. I like doing these kinds of videos.

@@cycles.unplugged_inc Here's something: Next time cut the unnecessary parts out of your final video. No hidden room to be found, then no unnecessary hidden room search to detract from the rest of your tour.

I know. I agree. I almost reposted this video with that content cut out, but then the video suddenly started blowing up on RUclips. If you look at the number of views I typically get with my other [also pretty rough and not-so-expertly-edited] content, taking down this particular one would effectively wipe out my viewership! 😂
I also neglected to tour the crew quarters and the outside bow portion of the yacht (frankly, my wife, who was in tow, was getting bored, and she made me edit out most of the content where I accidentally filmed her!)
I'm learning slowly, the hard way, probably like most wanna-be RUclipsrs. (Being self-taught on Final Cut Pro video editor doesn't help either!) Hopefully time and more online schooling will bring vast improvement. 😉
      Thanks for your feedback!

How to say “I don’t know anything about boats” without saying “I don’t know anything about boats.”
