About the Episode
October is ADHD Awareness Month, and a timely opportunity to learn about what we can do
to cultivate a more inclusive workplace through understanding and ways of working with those
who have learning and thinking differences.
In this conversation with Deb Wilson, Chief People and Culture Officer of
Understood.org, we discuss the mission of the leading non-profit organization focused on empowering more than 70 million people with learning and thinking differences. We explore the challenges, solutions, positive examples of awareness, the stigma around disclosure, interventions and tools, the Women's Initiative and why it's critical to address ADHD in women and more. We also talk about the future of work given that research shows 50% of Gen Z will be neurodiverse.
