Post Office Focussed on What NOT to Write Down about Horizon during the first meeting of a taskforce set up to discuss Horizon issues and create a central database according to evidence presented to Post Office Security Manager John Scott at the Post Office Inquiry.
It seems the start of the first meeting focusses on what they WOULDN'T write rather than actual issues with the Fujitsu Horizon system.

You have to ask whether these witnesses understand what is means to give evidence in this inquiry under oath. Knowingly lying to every question that you judge to be disadvantageous to you doesn’t allow you to walk away scot-free. There are consequences to such actions as they will no doubt find out…
