Greetings to your English and the foods you cook. The only drawback is that the videos are too long with bilingual vocals. You may try speak one and put another with subtitles on the screen, or alternate. Three minutes are perfect.

You may find spicy bean paste online, doubanjiang, which is a must the dish. If you really can’t find, you may use any chili sauce or paste you have.
