    This dish is so simple to make but yet so delicious. I am going to make it and hopefully will come out just as good. Thanks for posting it.

    This dish is indeed AWESOME -- he made this for me at the restaurant. My wife & I stopped in to visit Siu on our way back from NC. Siu is a great guy and an even better CHEF !! Definitely a highlight of our trip.

    Thank you so very much indeed! The good news is: I can cook that myself at home now. The bad news is: Are you wondering why we never show up at your restaurant again ??? Thank for the upload again. LOL

    How about that! The fish fillet has not been marinted and tasteless. There is too much egg. The veg has not been cut to bite size.

    Does anyone know the reason fish pieces are sliced diagonally in Chinese cooking? Is it for aesthetics or is there a practical reason?

  • @tictac278
    @tictac278 4 года назад

    Thats why chinese resto is the most dirty restaurant..look how they cook. How they prepare your food. But its yummy because of the saliva going to your food..hahaha
