*It’s always nice to know that I wasn’t the only one completely basing my eyes out by the end of this.* *As for Uraraka’s speech, it doesn’t just mean a lot now, but also in the long run. Kind of like a turning point for hero society as a whole...*
As someone who read this chapter when it was released this is the first time I've seen this scene dubbed in English, the actress gave a great performance! By the way, the reason everyone is scared is because Midoriya is the target of AfO and Shigaraki, so it's normal that not even all the protection in the world can make them feel really safe.
It was a nice touch that Kota and that big tall girl rushing over to Midorya side, but there's literally one character that was missing in that moment and it wasn't it manga either, which is Eri. It was like they forgot that he saved Eri, that was his driving force in the first half of Season 4, and she also looks up to Midorya too. Had Eri been there with Kota and the tall girl in that moment it would've been perfect.
Last Episode and This Episode has been my favorite Episodes of Season 6 of My Hero academia of how much Class 1a for saving Deku from going to a dark path that could put him at risk and for being able to let people understand that Deku who don't understand that Deku is still a teen who wants to become a hero and amazing speech from Uraraka for sticking up for Deku great episode
Principal Nezu took the attack on the USJ personally after the villains got in so easily into the school in season 1 lol, but dang do they need all these security systems more than ever at the moment.
It’s stupid and cool how much defends the school has, especially when it won’t work at least to a certain you know who, I’ll be surprised if the defences actually survive. The amount of times I’ve seen a situation showing how much technology and protection a place has and how it’s impossible to get through but then NOPE. Also Uraraka and what she said is so wonderful, love her so much. Understandable why people felt this way but some of them… damn they are rough.
Ironic that Stain who's been the biggest inspiration to villains around the world since season 2 next episode is gonna reveal to everyone that he's always been an anti-hero or at worst an anti-villain. Despite his undoubtedly villainous actions, next episode reveals that all along his intentions were to create a better society. If you focus just on the bad he did at the very worst he's an anti-villain perhaps even an anti-hero because his morales and mindset towards everything he was doing is anything but villainous. His speech to All Might is something special.
The first half of the season was incredible edge of the seat action the second part was just tears upon tears upon tears lol Justin Briner better win a Crunchyroll Award
Oh, and the guy near the end, with the star on his shirt, and the stars on his head? Yes, that IS the guy from the first episode, and not only does he support Deku here - he was literally the first person to ever tell Izuku he could be a hero in the show! Go back and rewatch Episode 1. :D
Not many people talk about it but what got me so hard in this episode was Kota. The flashback of him saying “it’s gotta be those, the red ones” and him running over is what really got me. Always come back to this episode just for that
Yeah it so sad when people lost faith in the hero society right, by when Izuku got accepted, public will support him for REAL. Much difference from when All For One manipulated and exploited over people.
I find it hard to believe that big Dolphin girl was treated as an outcast if she was packing that much um-CAKE. Butt in all seriousness if I was in Izuku's place and that guy with the umbrella walks up to me like were suddenly friends... nah-uh he better back up slowly.
Reminder that despite everything that's being thrown on Deku's shoulders including the burden of deciding whether or not he should take Shigaraki's life who he clearly sees as a victim, Deku is still just a kid lol 😅😅 talk about putting a lot of weight on his shoulders
I think they are both riht. In one aspect, the public does have the right to not trust the system that lied to them for their own convenience In another aspect, and even if it sounds awful, the don't have other choice. They are not heroes, so they should just suck it up and obey the heroes who still worth it.
I don't approve of all the killing they're doing or anything like that but the fact that those people were ready to tear Deku a part before Ochako gave her speech despite how he's been tearing himself a part for all of their sakes, maybe Shigaraki has a point in why they wanna just destroy it all 😅 all it took was them to give the world a push and look at how the population have turned on heroes. I don't approve of their methods but this moment was an easy reminder that it's not like Shigaraki and the league don't have a point.
The only thing I didn't like about this episode was the "this is the story of how we ALL became the greatest heroes" moment cus we've had season after season knowing it's the story of Deku, not the story of everyone. Yes they're all important in their own ways but honestly I hated that line because it made me feel like Deku just lost so much of what he is to the plot and worries me for what the ending will be. If anyone's confused think of it like One Piece ending with "the real treasure was friendship"... no thanks xD
Uraraka's speech was so powerful
That’s our girl
IKKKKK I LITERALLY CRYING MY EYES OUT

I’ve teared up at shows before. This episode was the first time I can remember genuinely sobbing over anything.

Uraraka’s VA killed that scene.
@@camerontroutman1605both the English and japanese voice actor NAILED it like crazy good

Fun fact the man who was talking about hero’s being on the stage was the man who called izuku a fan boy on episode one
i noticed him instantly lol
I noticed that and I loved that detail when I saw this episode for the first time

I enjoy this episode I was happy with Uraraka's speech. Had tears in my eyes by this, both sub AND dub
I’ve said this before, but this really shows off how vastly more self aware and heroic the high schoolers are here compared to most of the adults. 😅
Principal Nezu took the attack on the USJ personally after the villains got in so easily into the school in season 1 lol, but dang do they need all these security systems more than ever at the moment.
This was a really beautiful episode! So glad you and everyone enjoyed it too! ^^
Both the English and Japanese voice actors for Ochako totally KILLED their performances of this speech.

Looks like Ochako just got Mamadoriya's earnest approval.

I love Uraraka powerful speech and amazing. I love my hero academia.❤

Still think it's a huge missed opportunity for Uraraka to confess her love for Deku during that speech
I cried at the jp dub, I cried again at this dub, that speech was well done
