One of if not the biggest moments for Bakugo isn't some big fight or beating a villain but bowing his head and swallowing his pride by genuenly apologiseing for his actions.

Bakugo's atonement leading up to that apology speech has to be one of my favorite arcs in the series. (tbh, I like every character arc in this show aside from one, but I digress)

@@sliqriq21 Enji/Endeavor. I used to really like him as a character, but season 6 and the manga really made me dislike him.
This episode has many callbacks, but class A's plan to catch up to Deku is similar to when Deku, Kirishima, Iida. Yaoyarozou and Todoroki saved Bakugou during Season 3. Think about it: Todoroki making a huge ice ramp, utilising their strength-enhanced quirks to push Iida as hard as possible and most importantly, having the best qualified person (in this case Iida instead of Kirishima) to reach out to Deku to bring him to his senses.
Very glad Mineta’s “What made me fall for you” tripped you up. It’s so funny. When this happened in the manga it overshadowed everything with memes

One of the moments I’ve been waiting for Bakugo finally apologizing to Izuku like I like Bakugo obviously and he’s been warming up to Izuku but he’s never apologized up until now which was emotional. I was not emotionally prepared for this episode😂

I love so much that You Say Run came back for Class A catching up to Deku. It's been so long since we've heard this original version and this was absolutely the perfect moment to bring it back!
The thing about Mineta's "falling" for Izuku is kind of misinterpretation of the verb is 惚れる (horeru), for which a very direct translation would probably be "to have one's heart taken away." As such, it's primarily used when one person falls in love with another person romantically. That being said, it's also perfectly acceptable to use when one person deeply admires another.
i mean fall for him made sense here too its not always a romantic thing to be taken with how a person is

The apology that has been needed since episode one, finally delivered by our explody boy.
This is like the culmination of all the time class A spent and fought together throughout the previous 5 seasons + every time Deku helped/ inspired everyone from the class, that's why this was incredibly good

@@jarvisfowlkes3200 It’s not really the same thing. Having vestiges give advice and performing a team-based attack with multiple people are pretty different all things considered.
@@user-gw3bs2in5i Deku literally used Smokescreen at first, full cowling, black whip, fa jin, and float, all technically other people's quirks to try and get away. Just like how Iida used multiple quirks to surpass his speed.

this and the next episode are both my favorite mha episodes so far!!! so emotional!
I love how they kind of paralleled the Bakugo rescue it's not just about being built for speed because in my opinion Iida is probably the only one out of all of them that could get Deku to listen.
Iida is the perfect one because he understands the best what Deku is passing through and what is thinking, considering he lived a very similar situation when he tried to face Stain alone. "This is between AFO and OFA, step aside" is just the exact same mindset than "This is between Stain and Ingenium, step aside". So no one better than Iida for this.

While I love that they saved deku, I also believe they'd stand no chance against deku if he wasn't exhausted and fought seriously
Honestly, this episode was just the class trying to catch him rather than actually fighting him! That was my problem with this episode

1) They caught up to him using the reverse of the Rescue Bakugou plan. 😭

3) If you sacrifice yourself, who will make Eri smile?!?!!? Midoriya, your life is not your own, it belongs to the Candy Apple Queen!
4) Bakugou peeped OFA as a "cursed power" basically the moment it was explained to him, and after two decades of thinking All Might is the greatest for working alone, he's not only refusing that philosophy, he recognizes it as All Might 's greatest weakness. 😭 And he doesn't want Midoriya to follow in those footsteps.
I recently watched through season one again and I counted 80 total flashbacks there alone.
This was a good day. We got Midoriya back, Bakugo came to terms with his feelings, and a certain someone's name trended 😏

Season 7 has already been confirmed. Season 6 adapted 70 chapters of the manga. I don't know how much longer the manga will run, but there are about 55 more chapters at the moment. As it stands right now it seems like season 7 will be the last season. With any luck we will get Vigilantes after that, which had completed it's run with 126 chapters, likely enough for two seasons.
This episode was full of waterworks and emotion that make anyone cry at any age out there 🥲 also it’s surprising that Mineta confessed his feelings to Deku as it shows that he is Bisexual.
If Deku wasnt tired as shit then they would’ve gotten the final exam All-Might treatment 😂🤣

You guys notice in this episode that Bakugo, Ida, Ashido, Mineta, and Sero aren't wearing their masks/helmets when Class A was trying to get Deku back to U.A. Even Koda and Kirishima took their headgear off mid-battle.

Iida saying "I'll always race to you." made me SOB OUT LOUD when I watched this episode. That line just really hit.
Amazing Reaction!!! I love this episode so much! It was so emotional and seeing the episode made me cry so much 😭
When this video was coming I was like "If he just gets into the air, and uses Faux 100% to get away, what can they possible do about that? No one can realistically chase him except Bakugo." And then we got the actual scene and it blew me away. I love how they basically outsmarted him by using ideas he came up with like the Ice Ramp plan from season 3. He was jumping around using his cool new toys, and they literally dealt with it by stealing tricks from his own playbook. It's really ironic and I love it.
You may be sick of crying but the crying is still not over you better keep that oshawott on you two things are about to get emotional 🦸🦹

Can I just say I REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY HOPE THE MY HERO DUB TEAM GOT ALOT OF AWARDS ESPECIALLY THE CAST IF NOT I WILL BE PISSED LOL also can I just say I believe in my hero that's the first time BAKUGO called deku by his name especially his first name and apologized to ANYONE AT ALL ESPECIALLY TO FREAKING MIDORIYA LOL also zamber fun fact if I'm correct the class a move that they did to reach MIDORIYA I believe that a similar move that they did to rescue BAKUGO when there at all for ones uh nomu facility before we had the all for one vs all might fight I believe

Finally. Bakugo finally tell the truth.
The only thing that hits harder for me is that Izuku doesn’t forgive Bakugo. It’s an INCREDIBLE effort. But the fact Izuku is such a forgiving person and DOESN’T forgive him should stick out like a sore thumb.
The poor boy has not been saved. He’s STILL trying to escape
deku forgave bakugou a long time ago. He never had any grudge against him because he always loved him. If horikoshi didn't let them talk about the apology and everything yet, it's because it's still not the right time and most important it's because their arc is not concluded. He always leaves the important things for the end
This season started on Chapter 258 and ends on Chapter 328. As of 3/31/2023 we are up to Chapter 384. I think there is a very good chance that both Season 7 and 8 will cover the Final Saga.
Imagine Stain just goes up to All Might, hands him a knife and says

I've seriously cried watching this show more than any other anime out there. From the episode of all might telling deku he can be a hero on I've seriously lost it every time they wanted me too
"What made me fall for you" Yea that was a weird choice in phrasing, in the manga he said "What made me admire you". So I really have no clue as to why they changed the dialogue there.
I teared up at freaking Subway over that Bakugo apology scene. If I wasn’t at Subway I would have actually cried
No spoilers - Season 7 or 8 will likely be the final season. Originally, the manga writer said at the end of 2021 that he wanted to end it in 2022. At the end of 2022, he repeated the sentiment that he's aiming to end it by the end of 2023, but there have been a lot of delays due to his health recently, so hopefully he can have a better schedule that lets him take care of himself, even if it means less chapters monthly instead of sudden hiatuses of multiple weeks. As it stands now, they might be able to fit all the material into a jam packed season, but considering the manga's not finished yet, it probably depends on when the next season is actually going to come out. If it's next Spring, then there will probably be 8 seasons I think, unless they do what Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood did and work alongside the mangaka to finish the anime.

when this manga panel of this got released I BAWLED.... and seeing it animated I bawled again cause my GOD it was so good but also MY HEART... MY HEART HURTS.... and its amazing to see the growth with Bakugo. Yes hes still prideful and such, but he has toned down more then usual or such to a degree. and knows when its not the time and place to be a lil smarty pants. He can see deku was trying hard to protect and save everyone but on his own. its amazing Bakugo help get everyone to go after him to stop him so he can rest and finally confront him and tell him everything and apologize for being an ass to him. which tbh it takes alot of courage. Its also amazing he finally called him by his name.
Honestly the same with a villain. When a villain loses their way or themselves. Who is supposed to guide and protect them. I feel a true Hero would try and help a villain after they lose their way. Because I don't feel like all these villains are completely bad. Some were lead down the wrong path because they got bullied and / or didn't have someone to help them, and just got shunned.
Great reaction, the rest of the season is going to keep up with this tone so keep Oshawott nearby.
We don't know if Season 7 will be the last season of the show or not since we don't know how much longer the manga will continue, it could be another 10 episodes or another hundred (but I suspect that they are trying to finish soon). Currently, the manga is less than 60 episodes ahead of the Season 6 Finale (Ch 328). That could be enough for Season 7 if they adapted roughly 2 chapters per episode. But honestly, to keep it better paced (like Season 6), there needs to be about 3 chapters per episode, and currently there aren't enough chapters out yet for that to be the case.
Ch 384 comes out tomorrow, so maybe Horikoshi could finish up MHA and give us roughly 75 chapters to adapt a full 25 episode season. Or maybe it might continue onto Season 8 if MHA can't be completely wrapped up by the time S7 airs. If the manga ends at around 400 chapters, that should be enough for finish the show at Season 7.
Endeavor could’ve caught Deku by himself at this point. The reason he, Hawks, and Best Jeanist didn’t step in to help is because he knew taking Deku by force would never work, cuz he’d just run off again the second he got the chance. By letting his class handle it he’s making sure that not only will Deku come back, but he’ll have a reason to stay

Bakugo apologizing was such an amazing development moment for Bakugo as well as finally calling him Izuku again.
The whole thing with Mineta "falling for Deku" it's more of a mistranslation when the manga went from Japanese to English that carried over to the anime in both sub and dub, I think he actually meant he admired him, more than actually fall in love with him.
Don't worry I haven't cried this hard in a long time and the next episode is no better

When i first started MHA i literally never thought i would ever like Bakugo.......now he is my 3rd favourite character. I love his character so much.
You know something people say deku could easily beat his class when even when not really trying to hurt each other class 1a was able to trap with just 1 or 2 members and some members can pack a serious punch along with it being like Superman fighting 10 Green Lanterns and 10 Wonder Woman

Unpopular opinion: Bakugo has already began to change, this apology was simply the nail in the coffin.
That's not an unpopular opinion. People noted his development before this. Even if he was still a divisive character for some people.

I would like the apology a lot better if it was at all earned. But as is, every single character in the show including Izuku has shrugged off Bakugo's awful behavior constantly. The adults barely addressed it and Bakugo himself is only apologizing after SIX seasons. The apology is points in his favor, but I still cannot stand him

I know Bakugo and Midoriyah are "best friends" but in UA, Bakugo told him he was trying to shake him off, and one look at the relationship would tell u it would not work at all in a real life scenario. It was abusive way too early
