I really like your foundation reviews but I have to get something off my chest:
You're not doing a good job at blending. I know you're short sighted, so that may be the major reason but I think you would benefit from an extra minute of blending the foundation thoroughly, especially around the bridge of your nose, your nostrils and your forehead (you always seen to be applying too much there).
I am sorry if this comes across as anything else than the kindly meant advice that I intended.

Exactly what i was thinking, and by no means do you sound mean/rude, I agree with the blending area and also around the sides of her nose she doesn't blend it which kinda drives my ocd insane lmao but yea just letting ya know you're not the only one :p

Oh man, the lightest shade of this is very yellow and turns orange on my skin as I wear it through out the day. I was so shocked when the swatch on their website made it look so pale and cool toned lol! website swatches eeek. thanks for the great video :)

Yellow? I have the "light porcelain" shade and it's literally pink...
I have super oily skin and I could never get foundations to stay on all day, I'd get so oily it'd all come off. I started using milk of magnesia on my face as a primer, and it works amazing! I don't use a regular primer anymore, and with a setting powder and setting spray my makeup lasts so long now. I would recommend it to you, a fellow oily skinned person lol. also I love your videos so much ❤️❤️

Update on this foundation. I've been wearing it a few hours today. I'm feeling oily and I'm very aware I have it on my skin! The Maybellline FIT ME Matte and Poreless and the Loreal Infallible Pro Matte feels like you're wearing NOTHING. The Rimmel covers nicely but don't like being aware of something on my face. Hope this helps someone who's on the fence about this foundation. God bless you all... Thanks again Cassie for the review ..

If you wax your upper lip ( or even just the edges where more hair appeara to be) and exfoliate before washing your face youll have a much smoother surface and you wont be cakey!! I used to just deal with it like you seem to be, but i promise its worth the extra work for the makeup to look smoother.I love your videos and have a great day 💕

I've said it already, but I'm so glad it got to you okay! You're so welcome. When I use it, I use a little less than you used on my entire face which may be the reason for the cakey-ness, but otherwise I'm glad it was at least decent!

My go to foundation(s) are mixing the Rimmel Matte BB cream & the Rimmel Matte Mousse. IT IS MAGICAL everybody needs to try it. 😁

OMFG that purple eyeliner and lipstick look AWESOME on you! The shades are so beautiful. This foundation looks a lot better texture wise than the Maybelline dream velvet.

I loved your review, which inspired me to try this product... I can't believe what a disaster it was! I have oily/combo skin and this separated like CRAZY, and caked up so much that it made me look like I had wrinkles around my mouth. I wiped it off and applied my Revlon ColorStay after a few hours. Just goes to show, every skin is different. Keep up the great work on your reviews!

When I last went makeup shopping, I was torn between getting this foundation or getting Rimmel's 9-in-1 BB cream (I got the BB cream and I still don't know how I feel about it to be honest). I think I might have to try out this foundation.

OMG I just bought this today! I got the True Beige shade. It goes on really nice and gives a matte smooth finish. I also followed it with the Rimmel Stay Matte powder in Transparenr. For $4.97 from Walmart it's a great bang for your buck. Thanks for the review Cassie.. Kisses to Galileo😻

I find that the rimmel stay matte primer works well! I have combination oily/normal skin and it definitely keeps the shine away, then I usually put on L'Oréal lumi foundation and a covergirl powder. it gives it a nice matte look for the whole day. Love your videos!

Looks like this is a decent option for a great price! I've been curious about this one, but haven't tried it yet. Still using the Revlon Colorstay in the dry skin version (even though I'm oily, because it doesn't have alcohol in it). Maybe I'll give it a shot when I run out. Great review!

I loved this foundation on you! It looked like it held up really well. I recently tried it out for the first time a month or so ago and I love it! My favorite way to wear it is with no primer, just clean moisturized face, and applied with the damp sponge. Then I set it with a setting spray. It lasts me all through my crazy workday and with my kids. And it looks natural and not too matte or too shiny.

I'm in LOVE with this foundation, but I only use it in the spring and summer because my skin gets way too dry for it in the winter. But it's my holy grail warm months foundation.

I use this for any theatrical productions I'm in and only use my fingers when doing that because you wear it pretty thick. I usually wear this foundation in the winter and love the way that it looks when I apply it with my damp real techniques sponge. I love this foundation!
I wore this when visiting my boyfriend's mom's house and staying there...It was super sticky and cakey and didn't cover my acne and I was so embarrassed :C It was so sticky my hair would stick to my face. But I might have put WAY too much on, so I'll give it another go today since I'm not going anywhere o:
I have had this foundation for a long time, try using a nickel size amount on your whole face and powder. Try that and have a wonderful day! ☺️

Thrift Thick Used sparingly today, better result!! I just used a small amount and blended in with my fingers and it looked much much better, and not as sticky c:Thank God I gave it a second chance XD

I got this today...I'm the color sand because I've been tanning. and first impression, I really like it! it's not full coverage...I think more like medium. it's light and matte but doesn't dry me out. I'm super shiny in the summer. but yeah, so far I'm loving the way it feels and looks on my skin!
I appreciate how real this is!! And you dont blurr your camera so we can see the real affects of the foundations on the skin.

i would definitely recommend toner after you wash your face and before you moisturise, i would get quite a lot of pimples and i was getting acne scares that wouldn't fade but now i use a toner and even my dad noticed a difference. so give it a try if you want :) love your vids
I usually use a brush for my foundations but I find with this foundation(my favorite) is better applied with just my fingers x
Oh and I also don't use a primer with it

Also according to the scientific method you shouldn't have two variables going at once to see the best results so maybe you could do the powder on the lower of upper half so we can see both application techniques by themselves and then both with powder? That's just a suggestion! I love your videos

This is my favorite foundation, too! I just use a brush, but also use a very small amount ( maybe 2/3 of your "pooping tube" demo for my whole face) and buff it out very finely, and use an HD setting powder. I also tend to use a little extra lotion if I know I'll be wearing this foundation that day because, youre right, it doesn't play well with flakey patches.

I have used a high end foundation since the 80's but one day, I thought I would try Rimmel...love love and it lasts longer and it really doesn't cake in your pours.

have you tried the powder foundations from bare minerals? its the only foundation that passes what I call the "glasses test" as in it doesnt get caked up on my glasses.
I recently switched to this foundation from the Lasting Finish 25hr liquid because I have oily skin and liquid foundation was doing me no favours! I absolutely love the texture of this, it's not oily and a little goes a long way; lots of people are saying it's cakey, but it's only cakey if you use too much!
I love the Tarte Amazonian Clay foundation, it's also a mousse texture, but there are similar downfalls...oils do breakthrough, and one of the biggest issues I have with it is it DOES feel like you're wearing something after it's been on your face for a while (similar to this one). HOWEVER, I might give this one a try when my Tarte runs out. Despite its slight downfalls, it's the best coverage foundation I have.

Based on how that looks applied, it seems a lot like the Maybelline Dream Matte Mouse. I can only get that sucker to work without cake face over a cream moisturizer base with a buffing brush, otherwise it clings and sits. But it gets better as the day goes on like the Rimmel seems to. Also, what's the link to your aunt's soon-to-be website?

You should try the Lumene CC-CREAM, I have never really like bb and cc -creams, but it was surprisingly good. I have super oily skin and whatever but it worked pretty well:)
hi Cassie!! I used to have semi bad acne scarring and I hated it. But I used Bio-oil, (which is hella expensive but I found one at goodwill lol) and Freemans black sugar and charcoal scrub to lighten the scars. or also lemon juice!!! hope I didn't offered you but I didn't like the scars and I figured maybe you don't either... have a great week cas! 😽😺

I liked this foundation on you, but I'm still nervous to try it for myself lol. I use the Rimmel stay matte powder everyday (most days just over a primer) and I love it. My skin seems similar to ours as far acne and oiliness too.
have you reviewed those blur creams? can't remember who made them but there's different ones, a green, purple and another.

I just went to try this in store and every shade lightest being Ivory (100) was so dark and ORANGE!!! it was pale in tube and on back of my hand but as soon as I put it on my face it was *instantly* orange! so disappointed I so wanted to try this but I did pick up the primer to try!
