An excellent interview. Learned so much. I will seek out a Functional Medicine professional as I continue my journey in gathering all the root causes. Thx .Canada.
Hello, that's was an amazing presentation! I'd like to ask, are there any vegetables rich in magnesium and poor in oxalates, because magnesium supplements cause GI problems to me. Thank you!
Hi Margie. We go way back to middle and high school. I just discovered your podcasts. They are very informative. I have a question about collagen. I have read that collagen turns into oxalates in your body and I know that oxalates are not good for the bones. I have been hesitant to take collagen for that reason. Wondering your thoughts on that.
Does Dr. Millman believe in medication if there aren't any other causes aside from menopause (too old for HRT and had blood clots anyway) or is she strictly holistic? Thanks.
Thank you for the incredible interview. Would you by chance have any idea which herbs would be best to stimulate estrogen receptors or do these really work. Might it be better to simply take Ostera. I cannot do BHRT.
Great information! Would love to do a Telehealth apt with Dr Millman- does she do that? if not a recommendation for San Diego California would be great! Thanks!
I do NOT recommend Fluoride. Studies have shown that fluoride-induced increases in trabecular bone density are NOT associated with increased bone strength and can cause increased pain and skeletal stiffness. One of my first podcast guests talks about the problems with Fluoride. You can watch this RUclips video entitled: Fluoride: The Hidden Bone Depleter - with Melissa Gallico - ruclips.net/video/XxyxJr-Ycu4/видео.html . I hope that helps. The good news is there are SO many ways you can build bone through exercise, nutrition, and figuring out any root causes of osteoporosis. This method really works. Thanks for reaching out.
How can we find a practitioner who will do this testing? I have not been successful, so far?

Hello - I'm in Canada as well and would love to know if you find a good Functional Medical professional.
Would love to get a reference for a functional med physician in Central NJ.
Are we able to order from designs for health? Thank you for the great information!

Check her website. I googled her and it came right up. She is in Los Gatos, California.
Just heard about fluoride to build bones. Any info you can provide?
