Absolutely spot on! I see it.. in my family...grandmother, arthritis, other grandmother stomach cancer, other family members vascular dementia/parkinsons/odd diseases.. and Osteoporosis. WE need to end this problem.

I tried to speed through this on my break. The title worries me if you didn't address the loss of hormones in menopause since that is the going to be the first cause.

I have traveled to Europe several times over the last couple years. I eat bread and cheese over there with no ill effects.
I now buy flour on Amazon that is imported from Italy.
If I were younger, I'd consider moving from North America. We have poisoned our earth here. 😢

I just watched this and went to the link provided for the docuseries and it appears the event is over. I have one simple question that I'm hoping you, Margie, can answer, as I know Tom isn't likely reading this.: Is there information in this docuseries on how to determine WHAT is causing the inflammation so that one can take steps to mitigate it? TIA

Wow! Such a great video! I wish I knew before. However, I like the idea of - not being perfection, but progress.

The last four years many people injected inflammatory agents into their skin. Can you discuss this source of inflammation?

I've been gluten free for 4years and diagnosed with osteoporosis at age 55. Now what? I'm off dairy for close to a year. Family doctors unfortunately know nothing about this

Estrogen [specifically Estradiol] has never ever prevented or reversed bone loss in any woman EVER. All estradiol does is slow bone loss down. So what is a poor woman to do if she already has osteopenia or osteoporosis ? Well doctors want you to get on their drugs for bone loss.
But what they wont tell you is there are 3 [ maybe 4] bioidentical hormones which can help reverse bone loss and grow strong new bones
      1. PROGESTERONE
      2. Testosterone & Nandrolone [ if you want the nandrolone it needs to be given with testosterone
      3. DHEA ( ALbiet weaker than 1 & 2; it has shown some bone growth in women
PROGESTERONE is not for a womans uterus alone. It is anti inflamatory and good for mood and sleep and thyroid function and many other things too as well as bone growth
