    This is a recipe I've tried many times. The ratio of the bun to the filling is just right.
    300g all-purpose flour
    160g warm water (170°f) warm water (75°C)
    1/4 tsp salt
    1tsp cooking oil
    350g ground pork
    350g pork rind jelly
    A pinch of white pepper
    1 tsp salt
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    chopped green onion and ginger
    Soaking Sichuan Pepper Water
