I learned my lesson during that cooldown 😭 I am never leaving the house without a full charge again.
Mid cameraman smh
Your stride looks so relaxed, even on the 4th mile at 5:05. I'd love to see you move up to the marathon once your track career is over.
800 to marathon is a huge jump up lol
Maybe road 5k’s if anything haha
Yeaaaaaah that’s not gonna happen. He’ll run a sub three for a charity or some shit, but he won’t be winning.
Watching Clayton's foot strike, you get the feeling that he'd still be fast if he were running in ballet slippers. So smooth and that turnover looks effortless.
That leaf at 6:00 🍃🍂🎶
I love the fuck ups in these videos
That bottle catch was clean😍
yessirrr
You are a huge inspiration Clayton. I love how you do it. Blessings from Spain.
love your dynamic
Nice run! Smooth turnover. I’ve been wondering if there’s a key muscle group I should focus on when lifting to help improve my turnover.
Hamstring, glutes and hip flexors, my credentials is I am a college 800-1500 runner
Turnover is more about your nervous system than your muscles. Do some strides with quick turnover on easy days to work on it
My cadence tends to be 150 steps per minute on most of my runs and can go up a little bit from there on faster tempo runs (155-160). I really only get to 170-180 steps per minute when I’m doing repeats on the track.
I like the shoe choice, vaporflys are the greatest shoe ever made
Hi Clayton, Not sure if you mentioned it on Instagram, but who won the Dragonflys? Thanks
2:32 lol
Can you do a dynamic warm up video? I am trying to take my running to the next level any tips?
I'm on it
