Getting ready to go run the rubicon want to get some extra u joints for the front and rear of the rubicon gladiator and my brothers JLUR Do you have a part number for the u-joint ?
Thanks for the video. Good tip to center the u-joint in the vice while you press the caps on, I've bent the needle bearings before. Where did you go on Sunday? My son and I went through Rocky Gap in the snow. Some stuck Nissan's caused a traffic jam for a while, still a great day.
Thanks for watching brother! I filmed this a month ago, since the video I’ve done logandale and sand hollow twice, seems to be holding up. Was there a lot of snow up there?
@@Dicks4x4Garage It was patchy, but there was enough through the wash to make it interesting. There was a bit more at the top of Trout Canyon, so my son had a good time playing in it.
Bro I followed your godly swap video to a T. Did you have any power steering pressure issues at low rpm? Also do you have a recommended k10/k20 gear box support recommendation? How to or just buy a kit. Thanks again you are a blessing
Thanks for watching brother! No issues with steering, if anything it seems better with the LS pump. When you say gear box, we talking about steering, trans, or transfer case?
Steering gearbox seems a bit loose on freeway. I may convert to psc in the future. Idling into a turn locks up for a few seconds. Thinking it’s the gear box issue or maybe my power steering pump pully is too big. I’m Trying not to force the steering wheel and crack the frame, that’s why I also asked for your opinion on a frame support?
Hopefully! This one has been holding up to some abuse lately. I didn’t show in the video, but I had to pull it back out, and grind the crap out of the axle to get it how I wanted it. As for the break there was a little crack up on top that my tire caught, then pop. I should have bumped it harder, could have avoided it HA!
I hope everyone has a great week, and a moist turkey! Thanks for watching, see you next time.
Under normal driving conditions, how long do the universal joints usually last on the JL's?

I don’t know why I watched this, but I like the slo-mo emphasis on taking it to Moab. 😆
Great video man! Thanks
Hey what wheels are you running? I'm looking for a steel wheel similar to the Mopar Gladiator spare. Are those steelies? Thanks
Break, fix, go again! Happy Thanksgiving Brother!
Happy Thanksgiving Jay, I hope you have a great one!
Thanks for the video.

It was kind of an odd break: no crazy wheel spin, no bouncing, the wheels were pretty straight Hopefully you should be good to go for a while!
