I absolutely love it!!! I don’t like how the oven and the refrigerator/freezer is near the dining room and isn’t in your triangle that they say to do when designing your kitchen! I could definitely see myself in this home and have always loved modern like this!

Open space concepts and floor to ceiling windows are great visually, but so impractical for living. People still want privacy, especially if it’s a family. You basically end up living in a cubicle aquarium. As to floor to ceiling windows.. get ready for those heating bills. Floor heating ain’t cheap 😅. Oven next to the fridge and other dry cupboards.. unless you never cook. Bathroom in the middle of the room next to a large window.. who thought this could be a great idea? A) hello neighbors B) where’s the broom to wipe all the water around it after using it? :D But I guess houses like this are made for selling fast, not living.
How did you guys know this was the house of my dreams. 😂 Seriously though. I like everything about this house.

Amazing house, no question. Yet the office is cramped and the oversize desk definitely doesn’t fit there.
Wood panelling and suede on walls “try it”. Ya sure, in which isle in IKEA can I find them 😂.
Beautiful house except the placement of the ovens and fridge are odd. Why would the builder place that in the dining/breakfast area?

Does anyone know if she’s an interior decorator where you use the computer programs - autocad, look at the blueprints, know about codes and show clients the computer of the space to get the visual, or an interior decorator where you create the beautiful space by furnishing it?

@@StyleWithSanaz I’m not looking for programs to use.... I was looking to see how you are working your business because I need someone that will show me blueprints, and photographs made by autocad for my property.
She does decorating like she goes in to a place and she adds texture, furniture, decor , warmth, rugs etc and brings a place together.
Someone like avenue designs inc and Erica gelman who are also based in Toronto do the blueprints, work with contractors, demolish homes, build homes from the ground up, rip out the boring builder homes and work with those computer programs doing visuals and sketches showing you what your home would look like with different materials and what have you.

Kitchen appliances freezer, refrigerator, are just too close to the dining table. MOSS bowl and rotten log filled with moss does not fit with luxury. Why not fresh fruit or a bonsai tree?!!! Decor is poorly done.
